Staff are so knowledgeable, so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate their assistance being mum of a gamer. The layout of the store is simple enough for me to get what I need. They've never miss-sold me anything and are just real honest, kind people.

Very helpful staff Good selection of games They have consoles which you can play to test out new games e.g. Fifa, Forza etc.... In terms of trade in prices it's better then the Cex store in Cowley Centre but you could still probably get more off eBay Second had prices are also better then they are at Cex

Far better then there rivals a few doors down (CEX) I have known the staff for a while as most of them worked in GAME in Westgate shopping centre Gareth and Jessie are the stars :) had an issue with a pre order and they sorted no problem!! Don't worry about cex on your door step now guys your still the best!!
