We had to come out my adult son with ASD couldn't stand the fact that a young child was screaming the place down. The staff didn't seem impressed either.

Its a busy shop just a shame some of the staff are to busy trying to look good and when you ask anything it seems too much trouble as your more of an inconvenience not a paying customer and if it wasn't for us they would not have a job. It's been a while since the last visit the only thing that has changed is the staff want winding up as they don't have any enthusiasm in what they do when serving a customer!!! If people didn't go into the shop and spend there hard earned money then they would not have a job. My son spent over £200 and not even a thank you or smile. It's as if we as a customer is a inconvenience as they like talking to themselves and not engaging with the person who is spending the money. Please wake up you need us.

They did not have my shoes in stock fresh and had to purchase the display one which was a little disappointing but still managed to get what I desired. Although with a rather lengthy que and the person on the till faffing around entering the back of store multiple times per transaction was a little annoying. Even though there was a sufficient amount of staff just standing watching one person serve instead of assisting. Why have 3 tills if you are only going to use 1 in a busy period?

Compared to the larger stores across the UK. Jd sports queensgate certainly does it's best to try and keep up. Some days you could go in and spend your entire months wages in a second, but others you will leave disappointed simply wishing you "just went online". One thing that must be said however is the helpfulness of the staff, as every time I've visited the store I have always been offered assistance. Overall the establishment is clean and tidy, the staff are brilliant! But online offers more options for you to consider and the full range of stock.
