after reading some of the reviews below i was skeptical but ordered direct from their website as the wheel was cheaper on there than on their ebay store. Called first to make sure it was in stock. Paid extra for faster delivery and it came the next day. Excellent service and the wheel which wasnt available direct from Halo was well under retail price. Ill be using again in the near future!

Very good service by ordering online. I placed an order for a bicycle lock and was very impressed, the pricing was the best on the internet (even better than Halfords) and the service was very good. Excellent service - had to mail then call Louise at SDJ as there was an item not showing in stock on the website, but I wanted to order it anyway. Received prompt and polite email replies, and then when I called, the order was handled expertly. Although I was warned the light I wanted might take a week or two to be in stock, within two days, all the items I ordered were delivered. Prompt delivery - excellent service - great price.

I ordered a bike lock that wouldn't fit my bike. SDJ were very helpful. I ordered a smaller lock which arrived promptly. Refund for first lock arrived in paypal account quickly too. No hesitation in recommending this company. I'll use them again. ;0)

Can't fault my experience with SDJ. I spoke to Louise who was able to confirm if they could send me an Exposure light for next day delivery. I couldn't see an option on their website. She was really helpful and friendly and sure enough I recieved my light the next day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. With so many suppliers making it difficult to contact them it's nice to speak to a nice human :) 10/10 for me!

I ordered a bicycle chain lock via Amazon from SDJ Sports. The lock has arrived and it turned out that my estimation was wrong and the length of the lock was too short. I contacted SDJ and they immediately offered a full refund if I return the lock. They also refunded the excessive return postage cost (I sent it from Australia), wow! Really great customer service, I highly recommend them!
