A unexpected gem, it's tucked down a side street and looks quite small from the outside, but get inside and you find a large store. They have a brilliant range and found a Rucksack that I couldn't get elsewhere. Staff were really friendly and helped me find what I wanted.

Had space to try coats on then asked staff for advice and they were honest and showed me different options. They discussed options for different price points and were not forceful or pushy when making a sell which made me more encouraged to keep looking. I reserved a coat and returned the next day, the same staff member, Owen, had remembered me and wished me a good trip (needed a coat for Canada). Customer service was great and would make me want to return and purchase from here again over online shopping.

A good store for a wide range of outdoor and camping goods. Downstairs is a good range of shoes/boots etc upstairs is all the clothing. There's a wide range of makes and styles, well worth a visit.

I received very professional help from a lady who works at the shoes department. She helped me to choose right shoes and explained a lot of things + she was very patient... FIVE stars.. Shame that no one helped me to choose rucksack on the upper floor. I spent there about 20min and no one even asked me what I’m doing there so “zero” stars.

I went in to find equipment for Duke of Edinburgh award. They had everything that I needed and the staff were brilliant at helping me find the right equipment. They knew what they were doing and had a great knowledge of what they were selling. A great shop
