Went in to buy a tennis racket and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop itself had a range of good quality equipment for all racket sports, including accessories. Furthermore, there is clearly a re-string service available.

I went today (05/10/19) and Jeff was one of the honest shop owners I have met in recent times. He looked at both the rackets thst I took with me for restringing and gave a honest feedback stating one already has the correct tension and strings are not looking bad, and another one is not worth restringing because it already lost its shape and not worth it because it will loose more shape because it being an fusion frame with aluminium head. Thanks Jeff for your honesty, will be visiting you again very soon.

Firstly, this isn't just a racket sports shop! The owner Geoff is a stringing specialist, so if you want your rackets strung properly and professionally you need to come here! Secondly, Geoff has a wealth of experience in stringing rackets, having done so professionally, and can advise on the various strings and recommended tensions. All in all a great 5 star service, that's made even easier with an easy-to-use online booking system.

Been in a few times for racket re-stringing and to get some squash shoes etc.. service has always been very good. Not many other options in reading so thankfully we have the racket shop!
