I am so happy with my hot tub (no pun intended!). I would like to say a big thank you to James (at Rowlands Castle) and all the team who delivered and installed my Happy hot tub. The whole experience was easy and straight forward and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering getting a hot tub. They know their stuff! The only scary thing was the crane lift but I completely put my trust in them to do the difficult job with ease. I have had inflatable hot tubs for a good number of years but I am so impressed with my first proper hot tub - I wish I had got one years ago! I love it! I would give them 10 out of 10 for customer services.

So my first thoughts of the showroom (Rowlands Castle) was it was very clean and tidy and offered a good variety of hot tubs to look at. They were very friendly and were happy for us to browse and let the kids try them (shoes off and no water in them of course). When we decided on the product they then made 2 site visits to see how it was plausible to get the tub into the garden. Due to logistics it took a few brainstorming sessions with them but they were more than happy to call when convenient with us and also to find a solution to the issues. Delivery day was smooth and the talk about how to maintain the hot tub was given in detail with hints and tips on the best way forward. I would highly recommend this store for any hot tub needs. We dealt directly with Harry at the Rowlands Castle branch and he was very helpful and really understood what we were looking for. I cannot praise the team enough. And now we get to enjoy our very own hot tub!

We were unsure of purchasing a hot tub as worried about rising costs of electricity, keeping the tub clean and space where we wanted to place it. James came out and did a site visit, we measured out the area, he recommended the best tub for our needs and price point . When the tub was delivered they came out and set everything up and taught us how to do the correct chemical balancing. We haven't visited Rowley Castle personally, as James was covering Happy Hot Tubs in the midlands where we purchased from. From the very start, when we met James in the showroom, the experience has been smooth and efficient. We bought our Cascina Hot tub at Happy Hot Tubs at Stanstead Garden Centre coming up for 2 years ago. . They had the type of hot tub that we wanted, we're so friendly and helpful and the buying process was easy. We love our hot tub and we have had excellent service when we've needed supplies and services. As an update we have now traded in our Cascina for the larger Azure model. We were given an excellent trade in price and had superb service from Harry in Rowlands Castle, including a home visit to check access for the delivery. Our new Hot tub was installed last week and it was such a smooth process. We love our new Hot tub and the extra space our new one gives us.

ome weeks ago, my wife and I decided on a hot tub as a retirement present to ourselves (family too as it turns out) but thought little more about it until during the Easter bank holiday we popped into Stanstead Park garden centre at Rowlands Castle and there were Happy Hot Tubs. We decided there and then to just do it, so we did, we now own a PROPEL hot tub, (five adults)and wondered why we waited so long. Staff on site were really helpful and very informative, delivery followed a week and a half after placing the order, and three hours after delivery it was up and fully functioning. It was a real pleasure doing business with people who took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions both before and since we took delivery, and they did it with a smile. If you are thinking of doing what we did, then as a benchmark for both product and service pay them a visit, you’d be doing yourself a dis-service going anywhere else.

Started our first hot tub journey at Happy Hot Tubs at Stansted Garden Centre. Keith helped us decide on the best tub to be able to do some hydrotherapy exercises in. The site visit was also very useful with Keith helping us to decide on best location in the garden and whether delivery access across field and through garden gate was possible. The finance was sorted easily and queries on spec were quickly dealt with. The tub arrived a couple of weeks later and all went well, taking less than 3 hours for it to be up and running. The guys delivering were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Hardest bit was waiting for it to heat up to jump in! Very happy with quality and value of the tub, no hidden extras or accessories that are needed for start up but not included in the price which was what we were finding with other companies. Any additional tub accessories you want to get and cleaning chemicals for ongoing use are competitively priced. Would definitely recommend Happy Hot Tubs.

Hot tub was delivered and they went out of there way to get it into the garden as there was a tricky gate to navigate. Visited Tim at happy hot tubs, he was very down to earth and realistic about the size of hot tub for our budget/space available. He had all of the information we required so we bit the bullet and ordered a Freeflow azure Premier 4 person hot tub. A few weeks later and it was delivery day, the guys were very professional and patient, taking them around four hours to get the hot tub into the garden and into position and filled/set up. My wife and I are very happy with the new addition to our home and can't wait to spend many nights sipping drinks in our new favorite place! We had an inflatable hot tub for a few years, and decided it was time to upgrade. We visited Happy Hot Tubs in Rowlands Castle (Stansted Park) just to look at the options. The advice and guidence we received was fantastic, and no pushy sales. We purchased a Hotspring Propel, which was delivered exactly as we had hoped. The service both in store and from the delivery team was great. As an added benefit, there is a decent saving in running a Hotspring, as opposed to the poorly insulated inflatable tub.

They arrange a quick viewing of our house to ensure our access was suitable to receive the hot tub and are hoping to have our new hot tub delivered and installed next week. We bought a propel in at the end August last year and have been using almost daily since it was installed. Tim from Happy Hot Tubs was great and was really easy to deal with and knowledgable. The installation guys were exactly the same, were very detailed in their approach and have a really good handover on how the machine worked and what we needed to do to maintain everything.
