I had the pleasure of meeting Isabella and Nicky yesterday who talked me through the benefits not only of the Peloton bikes but all the entire package that comes with a subscription. These two ladies were just superb, no pressure sales just honest good advice and support. I've been unwell and will need to do a lot of recuperative work to regain my fitness over the next year - , my new bike and the subscription benefits that come with it with all the Peloton classes should assist that process wonderfully. Can't wait for my bike to arrive.. ! Thank you Nicky and Isabella, meeting you and starting this journey to regaining my health was the highlight of my weekend. Popped into Peloton to get some information about the bikes and exercise classes available and was attended to by Isabella who explained everything clearly, demonstrating all the various options available to us with the monthly subscription. Very good customer service, waiting now for the bike to be delivered. Very excited to start the Peloton experience 😁👍

All the staff here were brilliant and went out of their way to help my wife while she learnt about the Peloton app and the bike. We purchased there and then as we were itching to get started. The delivery and setup was very smooth with the delivery team setting it up and answering any further questions we had. All in all a great purchase, the app is great and the instructors amazing. Even I am enjoying peleton, so next step will be their running machine.

Can’t speak highly enough of Natalie and the team at John Lewis Southampton. They are knowledgeable, understanding and listen to your needs without trying to sell to you. They genuinely want to get the best exercise solution for you. I had to wait 3 months as was locked into a gym membership. Natalie kept in contact with me throughout that time, let me know when the Black Friday deal was on and kept me on track with the whole process. If you are unsure if a peloton is for you or confused as to what is the best package - Natalie is your girl! I’ll be back when I’m ready for the tread!

I recently purchased the Peloton Tread at JL Southampton and had the pleasure of being served by Isabella who was polite, professional and a great ambassador for the product. I had recently the good fortune of getting 100% perfect customer service from Nikki in Southampton who went out of her way to accommodate my requirements when ordering another Peloton bike. I think Peloton are running a brilliant business and clearly choose and train their staff well. Their product is second to none and I would tell anyone thinking of buying a Peloton to not hesitate at all. For me and my family it’s been a hugely successful investment. This bike won’t gather dust - you’ll want to be on it every day!

We purchased this a couple of months ago and all i can say its been awesome!. The fact that you can dive on the bike when ever you feel like it is great and it is super quite. The customer services have been great from order to delivery. We purchased our bike from John Lewis in Southampton and Jake from Peloton was super helpful. Just purchased our Peloton, I wanted to write a quick review on the service received upon purchase. We spoke to Jacob, who was very knowledgable on the peloton and well as friendly. We only went in to see if the peloton might be something we were interested in but Jacob and Nikki answered every question we had as well as giving us a great opportunity to test the bike before we made our decision! I don’t leave reviews often as it’s very hard to come across good customer service these days but feel that the customer service we received from Jacob was fantastic he definitely deserves a 5 star review! If anyone who is reading this is thinking of buying a Peloton product they should 100% go down and see the guys at southampton!
