Brilliant staff, who go the extra mile. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Had boots fitted to my skis and skis waxed at well less than half the price in a resort in Europe. Good range of stock too, but the staff are what makes this independent shop so special - wonderful people

Popped in yesterday - really helpful friendly staff who knew their stuff. My wife and I were fitted out for helmets and she found the perfect one, but owing to my odd shaped head there was nothing they could offer me - really appreciated the complete lack of hard sell and will certainly stop by next time I need something else.

Just had bindings fitted to my new skis and purchased new boots. The team at Snow Togs have put me on my first steps to understanding how to get more out of my kit and my skiing. I have bought 3 sets of boots from this shop over the years for myself, partner and daughter. All of us have difficulty with shoe fitting and Jeremy has managed to perform miracles for all of us. He has even spent an hour modified my boots a few years after purchasing them just to make sure they are a perfect fit. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them for outstanding service.

These guys are amazing! I had a ski boot fitting today and the process was seamless - very friendly and perfectly suited to individual budgets, skill, foot dimensions and so on. I now have a pair of ski boots that are the comfiest I have ever worn! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and friendly. Thank you to Jeremy & the team at SnowTogs! I had the pleasure of purchasing a moulded set of Lange ski boots today. After some very specific foot measuring we sat down and discussed my requirements and needs to work out what style of boots I needed. Jeremy has excellent knowledge of all the slight variations between the different manufacturers which can be a minefield. However, after a lot of testing there was one pair that stood out the most and we decided to mould. I am extremely satisfied which the product / service I received and am excited for the 2020 season!!

Last weekend I went into Snow Togs for the first time to buy ski boots and have them fitted, I read all the amazing reviews which made me decide to go here. I must say they lived up to their 5 star feedback. A lovely family business, I was made to feel very safe in this Covid world right now. I have never bought ski boots before and was taken through the process to make sure I had the perfect boots for me. Absolutely fantastic service. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely friendly. I took the full two hour slot for my boot fitting, repeatedly tweaking the boot along the way. The whole thing was very relaxed but also felt professional. It didn't ever feel like I was being rushed along and there was no upselling which was very refreshing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They we’re extremely helpful when I popped in looking for some budget ski boots. Unfortunately they only stock intermediate and up but they offered me lots of advice on what I need to look for and even measured my feet for me. Great service even though I didn’t buy anything, will definitely go back when I’m good enough to buy better boots!

Good specialist snowsports store. I rate them for customer service, given that I was able to drop my skis off for a wax and service on Tuesday, and they had them ready to collect by Friday in time for my ski trip, despite this being the busiest time of year for them! Went there today to purchase some ski boots for my wife. We received outstanding customer service, great knowledge and gnuine friendliness and care when fitting the boots. In the end my wife and I both bought a pair of the APEX boots ( just incredibly comfortable) and we received a good price as well. Service was above and beyond many other places and you could tell This was a family run business with a good pedigree. Would highly recommend and we will shop their again even though not the closest to us. Well done!

On Monday I realised that my ski bindings were broken and messaged the shop - even though they were closed I received an incredibly helpful reply from David and arranged an early appointment for Wednesday (today). LOVE Snow Togs, will definitely be going back. Snow and Rock had an insane wait time for servicing my snowboard but, as I'd booked a last-minute trip, Snow Togs squeezed me in and tuned and waxed my board while I waited. I also had some problems with heel lift in my boots which they fixed straight away and they heat moulded my boots too, with careful consideration to the fit of the boots before doing so. Faultless service, knowledgeable staff, what more could you ask for?

We purchase a two pairs of ski boots from Snow Togs late 2016 and I am very impressed with the knowledge and experience Jeremy had when it comes to fitting boots. Jeremy spent as much time as it was needed to find and adjust boots for us. A year later, after moving back to Australia, we are back to get my wife’s boots adjusted a little more before hitting the Italian Alps. The guys in Snow Togs did it for us without any charge and was very accommodating since we had little time before we had to fly off. I recommend anyone who wants the perfect ski boots to call in at Snow Tog.

Excellent service, after care phenomenal. Bought fitted boots, walked them in for a period of time and went back 3 times for minor adjustments, but still had niggles "advised just need a day's skiing bedding in". Went skiing and after a day I could not bear the pain anymore and had to hire a pair. I was gutted as i went the extra mile for a proper fitted pair and was in pure agony and thought I'd wasted my money. I phoned them of the problem and was relived to hear " that doesn't sound good, bring them in and we will replace". Came back from holiday and true to their word they replaced with a differnet set of boots free of charge. The new boots (next size up) on next trip were fantastic. Must add, when I had to hire the boots the ski shop said they would have put me in the same size and fit of boot. Needless to say after the honest and trustworthy nature of Snowtogs, I went back and bought my skis from them.

I recently got fitted for apex Mc-s boots which I highly recommend at snow togs. It was more than a little difficult for me as I have a lot of scar tissue in my right lower leg from a previous break so using the original clips was proving to be too tight. David actually took some clips of an old pair of boots and fitted them to my apex and it worked a treat. Just returned from a week in Bulgaria and the boots were great. Thanks David and Jeremy.
