I visited today as a fairly new racquet broke during restring - the string having broken 'early' too.
The racquet was inspected for signs of a clash, none found (and in truth, no clash had occurred) and so I was presented with a replacement, immediately!
One *very* satisfied customer.
I should note that I've bought my racquets there for over 16 years, 6 or 7 I guess, but when I needed support, it was given - BRAVO.
S. B.Came across Shane and the team at the Racquet Shop after recommendations from a local squash club. Service has been excellent covering everything from a racquet for my 4 year old through to expert advise on shoes for a frequent squash player. The restringing service could also not be faulted.

M. N.Great shop for advice on racquets, grips, strings etc. Lots of racquets to choose from and you can hire racquets using a deposit to get a feel for what you want.
Friendly service, although they dont managed to answer the phone the whole time due, I assume to, dealing with the physical customers in the shop. Keep trying if you dont get through on the phone or pay them a visit.
Definitely worth a visit.
