I’ve purchased from Defcon 3/4 times now, and I’m always amazed at how quickly my items arrive. My latest purchase was for some gas mags, not only were they the cheapest in the country and actually had stock. I ordered on a bank holiday and still had them within a few days. I’ve never had any issues with customer service and honestly would recommend Defcon as a go to for your airsoft addiction.

Recently placed my first order with Defcon, nothing special just 3 bottles of spray paint. Quick delivery. Unfortunately, one of the bottles was sent the wrong colour, within a couple of hours of sending an email letting them know, I had an email back apologising, and letting me know to keep the incorrect colour and the correct one would be dispatched for next day delivery. You can tell a-lot about a company from when things don't go as planned, and from that they get 5 stars. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The website works efficiently and my order was sent promptly. One item was in perfect condition. However, the other item (a green gas pistol magazine) was faulty. This is airsoft so I know that quality control from manufacturing is Russian roulette, so I understand that these things happen. The issue I’ve had is that I have asked the site to either fix or replace this mag which they are willing to do, but expect me to pay postage and not reimburse me for it. I’ve paid for what should be a functioning product so I think it’s unreasonable that I have to pay out more for a product that isn’t up to standard and I don’t think that’s a controversial statement. Purchasing is easy and delivery is fast. Communication is an issue, unable to reach anyone for over a week by phone and after a price match email, the item still hasn’t been updated price wise. No replies to my emails for a week so gave up and purchased the item cheaper elsewhere. I did buy a dynatex BFG and arrived on a Saturday with the next day postage.

They talked me through everything and helped with some additional parts I wanted. They also gave me some great pointers along the way even testing mag fit on my new rifle. They fixed an issue I had with a faulty mag incredibly fast sending the replacement out straight away. Highly recommended

I bought a desert eagle chrome with two additional mags and some blue gas (the blue gas was bought because I'm the description of the gun it was recommended). The gun works really well but the two blue gas bottles were leaking from around the nozzle. They are still usable but they will run out far quicker.

Provide a great service in terms of delivery times, quality product and customer service. However, customer service is also their biggest flaw. I have called more times than I would like to admit just to be left on an infuriating dial tone for 5 minutes before the phone goes dead. Me and my son are both trying to get into airsoft and decided to take a trip up to defcon so he could get some bits with his birthday money. Although the place isn't a shop anymore, more like a storage unit, we where welcomed in for him to get some bits. We had a few questions and all where answered on a level where both me and my 13yo son walked away happy. Great advice. Loads of stock and had everything we needed. As far as things go with defcon; their services have been great - prices are outstanding too, purchased a Vortex Strikefire II however on their site it didn't mention which version it was; contacted support and they quickly resolved my issue as well as fixed the mistake for everyone else so outstanding service. Havn't seen this shop's inside because of covid and related click and collect rules still in effect. However they have been veru helpfull when i have contacted them with queries. I actually bought the wrong batteries and when i went to collect they were ki d enough to warn me. It was easy to cancel the order and get the right ones. Also 10 out of 10 for their tech dept. They were very helpful with upgrades to my M4.

The only criticism I can share is the 2nd order I placed was quite delayed and response time from the company was quite slow. However, once I did get a response, I did get an apology, and it was explained how busy they were, but we're working hard to get through the orders as quickly as possible. DEFCON AIRSOFT REVIEW I placed an order online with DEFCON AIRSOFT for a Two-Tone Baba Yaga and was extremely excited to receive it, I Did not receive any confirmation so I emailed to ask for more information on delivery ect and was told it would be with me in 2-4 days which was great ! I waited 5 days and then received an email saying it was out of stock which I was absolutely gutted about as I was incredibly looking forward to getting the item I had ordered so felt very let down. I emailed them back and asked what they could do for me to rectify the problem and they offered me a product which was over the price of my original offer and a product that looked great so I was grateful and happy to accept. 2 days later I received my item and it looked great and was very happy with the recommendation I had been given but after closer inspection it had been damaged In transport and the sight had broken off so I had to contact them again to see what they could do, they said they couldn’t refund or exchange the item as it has been painted for me which I felt was unfair but understandable and in all honesty I just wanted to cancel my order as I felt like it was problem after problem but they asked me to send the item back and I didn’t want to deal with the hassle and deal with sending it back ect so I suggested sending me the sight replacement and I have fitted it myself and now the item looks great and I am happy with it. For anyone wonder what they offered me and what I received it was, E&C Airsoft – EC34 TTI GBB Pistol and it looks great in black and also great in two tone. So my verdict is Great customer service Good overall service

Ordered online to get a start on my gunmanship, and the package was sent to me within a week - very quick considering the significant problems we're facing currently with the Covid-19 pandemic. The blue two-tone paint is actually a very nice finish, looks good on my new Umarex Glock 17, which is shooting excellently. I haven't needed to adjust the hop-up since I got it, and I've been shooting at distances from 5-to-20 yards in my back garden at a 14-cm target. Very consistent and accurate. Despite the challenges facing businesses right now, Defcon Airsoft seems to be doing everything they can to get orders out quickly, but their attention to detail is still superb. I will definitely be ordering from Defcon Airsoft again!

"This is my wife google account I'm using".Being a veteran of many countless tours I decided to do airsoft to help with that old buzz you get from shooting someone !!!! so I bought two heckler and koch 416a5 gbb on their Christmas sale One for display and one to use ,Bloody awesome bit of kit Def a real life replica of the ones iv seen but never used unfortunately as we had that sa80 rubbish, still prefer the SLR also bought a Mac 10 which I find funny as it totally abliterates a cardboard box let lone some person. Also I got three hk glocks of different types to my collection and a few mag well quite a few to go I'm my chest rig. Anyway stay safe and let's get back to airsofting once the restrictions is lifted which I can't see anytime soon.
