Most shops are good, it's only when things go wrong that you see their true colour. I bought a 4 section Match rod from Dolphin Discount, it was the last one of its kind in stock, when I got home I found that there was a section missing. I phoned them up to explain, they were very apologetic and told me I could have a refund or purchase another rod if I so wished, I bought another rod, there was no quibble, I will us Dolphin Discount again. 👍

Great place for tackle and Air weapons. I've been using Dolphin since 1994, always extremely helpful, very friendly, good selection of tackle and not over stocked with carp stuff! but also a good laugh. As I've said about another angling shop we need to keep places like this open for a long time.

Looks a great place I called down recently to visit the gun shop and range, I was amazed how the range had a very friendly atmosphere and I was soon engaged in conversations and the guy in the gun shop was very friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely pay another visit.

Really helpful staff and very honest opinions. Place is rammed with goodies and had everything I was after air rifle wise. The owners lad was more than happy to demo the suppressor I was looking at to make sure it was suitable for me. Dropped one star as the shooting range is a little tired and needs more maintenance to keep the targets fresh.

Went in today after not visiting for may years. I used to always get RC car stuff from here, but today I went in for a more adult pastime..I visited their gun shop and took the time to listen to the guys and took note of what they had to say with regard to purchasing my first Air Rifle. Knowledge is key here as I have been searching reviews for the last few weeks and was no further forward than when I started. After spending some time here I have come away with more knowledge than I went in with and of course a new Air Rifle.. I opted for a Walther Terrus Synthetic and I couldn't be happier. The best place in stoke to get all your fishing gear. They have a great selection of all types of bait. They have rods of all types even some cool children's rods, reels, chairs, fishing boxes everything you need. The staff are friendly and always chatty with you. I've been going here for 10 years but it's been around a lot longer than that. It's by the Cannal and it's got loads of character, if you enjoy fishing of any level from serious fishing to just sticking a rod in a seeing what happens these are the guys to go to for advise and stuff and things for fishing👌🏻👍🏻

If you're a fan of shooting or fishing this is definitely the place for you. The owner Jim is lovely, friendly and polite. Prices are very reasonable, quality of stock is top notch, any issues with guns or fishing equipment and they're always happy to help. Other patreons are very friendly and welcoming. Best fishing and shooting shop in the city, has absolutely everything you need, easily the best for bait, particularly the Maggots which are always fresh and wriggly. Only the 4 stars because it can be a pain to get there at times and the parking situation is a nightmare, but it's well worth the trudge believe me!

I live in Shropshire but travel all the way to stoke to buy from this shop now that says it all. The lads here are extremely helpful and friendly non of the usual hard push sales antics just good down to earth advice. Ive bought two new rifles and 2 new hand guns from them and the prices are very competitive. Ive also sold several second hand guns to them and they didn't rip me off. If you cant see what you want just ask they have a knack of getting things others cant. This is a mans toy shop so don't take the wife she’ll just wine lol. Highly recommended to shooters and fishermen alike top lads top shop.
