The most exceptional customer service from the beautiful assistant with red hair.( who was working on 23rd December 2021 She ordered some gloves online, there and then, that I needed,that were out of stock in the shop. It only took her a matter of minutes, she was professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. What a great ambassador of Millets, and also they arrived the very next day. Fantastic all round experience. Thank you so much !!!

Although this is a national chain, I have always had a very personal service, the regular staff are very knowledgeable and have only sold me quality, functional goods that really work in the real world. On the rare occasion that I have had to return goods, the after sales service was excellent. I will, and have returned to this shop for many years.

The manager and staff at this branch are great. They are always willing to oblige so you get the right fit and are happy with your chosen product (we bought walking shoes). Love the fact that certain groups get discounts too.

Second time we have been in to Millets Trentham in a short space of time - I have to say the colleagues in there are incredibly helpful. They are GENUINELY wanting to help you as opposed to giving lip service to customer's requirements. Both Clare and Alan are great. On both occasions we came away with purchases. This last occasion I was in need of getting a waterproof for my lad who was on a cub camp and the weather was disgustingly bad. I arrived at the store 7 minutes before official opening time but, on seeing me in the rain, the doors were opened early and I was greeted with a smile and warmth. I know that in most establishments I would have been left outside until they were ready to open! Not here! I was then helped to decide and given attentive service by both Clare and Alan. I was also offered 15% discount as my kid was a cub. Customer service is very simple to get right and wrong - these guys have it nailed - well done. I will be back.

Very helpful staff and excellent buying experience, especially in this very busy holiday period, they even accommodated for half of my order requiring it to be bought online through the in-store till. Would definitely recommend going to get outdoor clothing there even if it is a little limeted due to the small scale of the store. P.S. We wanted OS maps for Blakeney in Norfolk - the guy serving was brilliant- couldn't have had a better service. Although the maps weren't in store - he ordered them and delivery was free of charge. If only customer service was the same in the high street- they would be thriving. Have shopped at this Millets on numerous occasions - always brilliant service

Okay. At the shop I went a closing down sale was on. I wanted a new coat. Choice was okay. Service at the till not as good given you're spending money. Three members of staff chatting, the staff member serving continuing to chat whilst serving. Coat folded and pushed in my direction no offer of a bag either for payment or otherwise.
