We had a good in-store experience. But having them ordered something online we had an even better customer service experience. I ordered some snow boots & they arrived quicker than expected. However it turns out the wrong size boots had been put into the box so I received a size 6 instead of a size 7. I filled in the online form for contacting customer service on Friday evening to explain the issue and asked what was the quickest way to resolve the issue. I had a reply later that evening which apologized for the confusion and told me they had dispatched a new pair of boots with express delivery. The correct boots arrived on Sunday and I couldn't be happier with them. Overall I've been really impressed with the speed of response and of the quality of the boots and the customer service!

Fantastic service from the ladies at Mountain Warehouse. Both Sophie and Emma helped us to try and find items we had previously looked at online. We had not been looking forward to braving the shops on Black Friday, but both ladies made the trip as stress free as possible.
