Recently purchased from this company Kicksport.com in the UK. They have a great variety of martial arts products! They are under new management and very easy to work with. I live in the US and had a hard time finding some of their products in the US. I will definitely order from them again!

This is just to say thank you for the help from Danny get us sorted with some Top Ten foot pads, they arrived next day and my son was made up as it meant he could then join in the new fight class on saturday, I've never seen somebody grin so much when the instructor told the class to get full kit on ! I know they have had a few issues in the past but the service has been really turned around. Great communication on delivery dates / if products are out of stock. The ladies are very helpful on the phone and great quality kit. If you haven't used recently I would highly recommend you try again.

I bought a Top Ten head guard which arrived very late due to an error with the address label. I was extremely annoyed due to the delay and the running around the delivery courier (UPS) made me do in order to receive my item. Once I had finally got my head guard I rang Kicksport and I was very rude to one of the customer service agents (I was only venting my anger). The agent was extremely kind towards me and he was very apologetic even though it was the error of the delivery courier. Due to the severe inconvenience I was put through (by UPS) he straight away offered to refund me in full and pay for the postage. He was not undermining and did not dispute anything I was saying. He was on my side at all times and had advised me that if I would have contacted the company earlier they would have done all the running around and corresponded with the delivery courier. As I did not want a refund, the customer service agent as a good will gesture gave me £50 voucher to use on the website. I have been ordering products online for over 10 years now and I can honestly say I have never come across any company that has had excellent customer service to the level Kicksport has. I will most certainly be back to buy more products from Kicksport in the future. Its a shame you can only give 5 Golden stars because I would have given Kicksport 5 Million Golden stars if it was possible!!

Amended Review. My order was unfortunately unfulfilled, but due to the company having a few issues on their side in regards to changing owners etc, I can understand that I wasnt the only one to be left waiting for my order to be fulfilled and for any contact in regards to my order. I did however receive my full refund and Thomas has been quite helpful in regards to my 1st review.

I would like to thank Kicksport for being very professional, when dealing with my complex request. I've ordered 2 sets of electronic equipment, which got delivered on time and customer service communication was at a very high level. More so, after we've experienced some difficulties with equipment, the company connected me directly with Daedo headquarters in Spain and offered to pay for pricey delivery of products from Russia (where we are based) to Spain for repairs and back, all during COVID pandemic, when it was much more difficult. I would also like to personally thank Lee Matthews - owner of the shop for personally dealing with me and organizing top class maintenance of equipment. We will continue partnering with the website in the future.

Used to be a great service. Hopefully just a blip with pandemic but I ordered x1 medium Top Ten t-shirt and x1 xs. What eventually arrived was x1 large and x1 medium. I also received someone else's invoice for nunchukas. My emails have been ignored ... or they are taking a long time to get back to them. Like I say, normally a good service and I may use them again but now I am hesitant.

AMENDED REVIEW After initially having a real issue with KS, the company MD got in touch personally with me, fully explained the issues they were having, took time to listen to me and is actively helping resolve the issue. Also went out their way to tell me future plans and how they were operating in future (which they didn't have to do) and restored my confidence in them a lot more. Nice to have a supplier run by a martial arts school owner who has a real understanding of our needs and demands with the vision of wanting us all to grow by helping us indirectly provide a better service.
