j. w.I'm so glad I joined wow. The staff are really friendly and give great advice and support. Ive been going to the gym for over 6 months now and the results are amazing. I love my new body. The classes are great and we all have lots of fun and I've also had 1-2-1 which was hard work but no pain no gain. I would highly recommend wow gym to anybody who is looking for a friendly gym and wants great advice and support on there weight loss goals 😊😊😊
V. K.Fantastic workouts, a range of circuits, HITT and Booty classes, which change regularly and you can push yourself as hard as as you like so great for beginners to advanced fitness peeps. They've also started a womens's only karate class. …
