Absolutely amazing service from this store today! I wanted to buy a pair of boots today and called in to Millets Warrington as my first stop to see what was available. Upon arrival, I was greeted friendly and promptly by a member of staff. I was not disappointed with the range and the advice offered. I had a long chat with Barry and he understood my needs and I subsequently spent more on boots than I had originally planned to as I felt that assured! All staff were on hand to help with getting the different boots for me to try on until I was sure that I had found the right pair. Honestly, hand on heart, I will be returning to this store as my preferred outlet for outdoor clothing and accessories. Amazing! Keep up the brilliant work, it will keep people coming back for more! Well done Millets, well done indeed!

Closing down sale, to be honest the item prices are so extreme I'm not surprised the store's closing down. If they are relocating then I hope they inprove in customer care training. But it's like most retailers are feeling the pinch. Sad times

Fantastic service today. Barry was very helpful getting everything our son needed. As he starts his Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award.

I got a bag for £4, should have been £16. Bag is for hiking boots but I use it for my CD cases. It says Peter Storm on the side and it's black.

From camping to hiking I've used this store for outdoor leisure and even workbooks in the past. The store has limited staff so I have never been approached for a sale or assistance before. I prefer to ask for help when needed rather than being badgered for a sale. Although when looking at boots it would be easier for staff to approach the customer as the boots are at the back of the store.

Great service . Very helpful staff . Will visit again . However there is a women in there in her mid 40s with blonde hair she is very grumpy and a bit bossy. I was waiting for a pair of shoes and she just stood there by the till. There was a lad on the till and when he finished the women told him to help me on the shoes why didn't she help while he was busy on the till she just stood there waiting for him to finish what he was doing.

Had leaking new walking boots. Exchanged without any agro. Was able to then purchase a much better boot thanks to experienced and patient member of staff. Delighted all round really. No more buying on line for me!

Good shop for outdoor clothing. Better than average range of clothing and walking boots, from high-end products to the low cost gear. Catering for all sorts of terrain and weather conditions. Shop is only small leading to busy staff and sometimes crowded situations.
