By far the best customer experience I have experienced. The gentleman (Huw) was so patient and informative. I needed a jacket & fleece for a 26 mile walk I was doing that weekend. He was so patient and gave me the best advice. I would not have got through the night had it not have been for his recommendation and expertise. Thank you for all your hard work. You will be pleased to know I successfully completed the 26.2 miles at night!! Thank you once again.

Every Cotswolds should have a Stephen, Paul and Dominic. This trio are by far the most outstanding. Their knowledge, service, patience in explaining is simply superb. Would give 10 stars if I could. Stephen is outstanding. The store is also part of runners need and now we can order our running shoes online and pick up at the Watford store. Really super service from my phone call to Dominic, the service by Stephen and shoelace tricks shown by Paul. Can't wait to order my 2nd pair next week. Thank you Outstanding service. What a great store. My son is doing the Duke of Edinburgh award this year and I was pretty clueless .. where to start with all the equipment etc needed but tonight Peter was beyond fantastic, he helped us through the whole list, being an assessor for DofE himself - I stumbled on a god send! The store had everything we needed and some, reasonably priced and there was no uncomfortable sales talk just helpful and genuine. A good sized store with almost everything you need for an outdoor life. The building is a landmark in Watford with its blue glass pyramid styled building. The decor is looking a bit tired but your here for the stock There is plenty of parking locally and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Not the cheapest outdoor supplier on the high street but there are plenty of ways to get a discount if you do some research online.

The staff in Cotswold Watford do a great job. Its not the biggest store, but they will happily order stuff in for you and offer an opinion of stuff you are buying. The last set of boots I bought there they spent hours fitting them. Highly recommended.

The least likely building in Watford! A naturally lit pyramid full of kit for the outdoors life. I would sooner support a company with stock in store for items like walking boots or even rucksacks, let alone functional trousers, Could do with a few more Vibram-soled footwear, and some more LifeVenture belt pouches.
