Used Fulton’s to buy my first shotgun and was very happy with the experience. I didn’t feel like I was receiving a sales pitch or judged for my lack of experience. They offer a warranty which is nice for piece of mind and generally came across as reasonable, approachable people.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to buy my first air weapon and was apprehensive that the experience would feel awkward. Very quickly they made me feel at ease and explained everything! They showed me all the options, explained the differences and were not pushy at all. Fulton's customer service is so much better nowadays than it used to be. My recent purchases over the last 2 or 3 years have been very pleasant experiences with helpful, polite, and knowledgeable staff. The shop is very conveniently located right next to the NRA office and has a very quiet, traditional atmosphere. And the staff have been very careful with regard to the Covid regulations and wearing of masks which is very good. All in all, very good!

I had a rather better experience here than many reviewers. I wanted a small job done by the gunsmith - I was given a price range for the work and a reasonable time estimate. They did a really nice job of it, charged me the bottom end of their estimated price range and met their time estimate (none of that can be taken for granted these days). Their staff were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Their shop is an absolute Aladdin's cave of vintage and modern target shooting goodies. I will certainly use them again and expect to receive the same high standard of service.

Recently I asked Fultons to undertake some adjustment to the trigger of my rifle. This was done, almost whilst I waited, in a most efficient and helpful way. A great team of very knowledgeable professionals. If you have a problem, the chances are that they will have the solution there and then.

Always had a good service , from purchasing a new gun to having a gun repaired. My air rifle was sent back to manufacturer for repair, and was unusable when i received it back. The gunsmith at Fultons serviced and repaired it.Had no problems since. Will continue using these guys.

Leon Hughes reviewing. It was an air rifle in this case. Never bought one before. They asked me what I wanted and helped me find the perfect one. I bought a whisper sting with a built on scope. He talked me through different types of guns, and wanted to help me. They didn't try and bleed me of my money, they wanted to ensure I left with a gun I was happy with. I will 100% be going back to buy my next one and will use them for any advice going forward. Top bloke. Amazing weapon. Credit where its due.

Hello team I just wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received. I had previously purchased an Air Arms TX200 Carbine (.22) in walnut online from the first search that came up online. Which was with The Airgun Centre. They may have been excellent, and they certainly handled my refund well, but when I found I’d have to drive to Essex to pick up the gun or incur £50 in additional fees, I went to search for “Bisley” and “Air Guns”. Happily you came up. Colin (on the ‘phone) said that you had the exact model in stock, and only 15 miles away. The next day, and a fantastic and well-managed buying experience with Steve, meant that I now have this great air rifle and am applying the fifth coat of Walnut Stock oil after having put 500+ pellets through it already. Really happy, and ashamed I didn’t look to local expertise first. I am a convert to Fultons. Regards

Went down to G E Fulton & Son first thing this morning for impartial advice on buying a air rifle and was very surprised spoke to Steve down at the shop he proceeded to show me around his stock asking all the right questions on what I required from an air rifle. Steve explained differences between the three main types of air rifle available and found I could easily afford a decent rifle within my budget. Go see these guys down at G E Fulton they really do know there stuff and are not there to sell you the most expensive gun on the market or sell you things you dont require. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more products from this shop.

went to Fulton,s to have a scope rail fitted to my Taurus 357 revolver. I was told 7 to 10 days . They had done it by midday on the following day . this can be a very busy place if you hit it at the wrong time, but if you have to wait a bit, relax, take in the ambience , look around at the stock , and smell the age of the place . there are other places you can go , you might even get it done cheaper . but if you want it done properly without any fuss , fulton,s is the place . I found the price they charged me, cheaper than four of the other gunsmiths I had asked . thanks for a quick well done job gentlemen . jr

My Uberti Winchester was in a mess after a squib round jammed in the barrel. I unsuccessfully tried to fix it myself. Fulton & Son were most helpful and being at Bisley they have the knowledge to handle many types of firearms from flintlocks to AR 15's. My 1866 brass framed Winchester was back and working in no time and I might add without any additional scratches or dings.
