Popped in on a whim to buy my first pair of skates, it was an absolute pleasure and the girls and guys were awesome. Spent alot of time answering my silly questions while getting me set up with a pair of skates. Had great chat and were so helpful. The manual handling was next level too ;-) hopfully be back to bug more gear when I need it.

These guys are very knowledgeable and supportive. I have bought pair of skates online but was not sure about sizing. So I decided to go to the shop to seek advice and exchange. They measure my feet with a sophisticated machine, patiently explain all small things about skates and kindly replace them with the correct size. This is definitely my place to go when I need another pair of skates. Thank you guys, for the incredible costumes service.

Customer service was excellent. Found the exact pair I was looking for after searching around elsewhere too! Moulded, tightened and sharpened aswell. Highly recommend!

I placed an order online after looking online to buy some replacement Ice Skates. I found Skate Station really easily online and was so pleased and surprised to one, see that they were fairly local to me, and two, that they had a physical shop that I could collect the skates from. The customer service was 2nd to none, just how I like it. They measured my foot using an electronic machine which calculates the size of the skates what I needed. This was all done while in shop, really quickly. They then fitted me with the correct size hockey skates, also showing me the correct way to do them up an undo them again, which was actually really handy. Such a helpful guy, he was the shop owner, giving me some helpful advice. Nothing was a problem or too much trouble. I have to say the website is fantastic, but the shop itself was a real treat. Such a large selection of items on display. A great find and I hope the business continues to do well and stays around for many years to come.

Recently bought a pair ice hockey skates, I wasn’t happy with the original sharpening of the blades. I returned to let them know of my disappointment. They were happy to have them redone at no extra cost which i thought was great customer service. Thanks Ladies and Gents.

I am very happy with this shop and its staff. Very professional and very friendly. I have purchased a skateboard deck, and a Santa Cruz sticker. The board is a very good top brand ,a "Birdhouse"deck, the price in comparison of other Skate shops in the UK was way much cheaper, and free shipping cost after 50 pounds spent. I have given them a call and they answered my call and my question immediately, this is awesome, because other different Skate shops, for my experience, don't answer the phone at the moment due to covid19. But Skate Station answered me and the lady on the phone has been very helpful! They provided a quick delivery service that has reached me within the next 48 hours, basically earlier than expected, And that's great! Because for my previous experience somewhere else, in different UK online shop , I have been waiting for weeks for my item. So skate Station provided a very good excellent customer service and delivery. Well done. I am also happy with the item that was in great conditions as Skate Station made sure it was packed properly. Well what else... They have put a little gift in the box , it was a little package of Haribo candies. I have looked at their website and they have a lot of nice things. They look after their customers. And that's why I am 100% satisfied with them and I will definitely purchase again from them in the future. Top shop!

Im really impressed with this business- the two orders Ive made on line were delivered on time (next day) with everything I wanted- perfectly packaged. A really nice touch is the little packet of sweets they included in the order for my eleven year old son!! A thoughtful company well priced and reliable- if I can help it I won't buy our ice hockey gear from anywhere else!

Amazing experience! Came in yesterday afternoon to pick out a full set of gear and skates. Over the moon by the service I received from both the ladies at the shop. One in particular helped me from start to finish to pick out the right gear that fits me. Going back there again to collect a new pair of Vapor 1X after using their 3D scanner for the first time. Amazing piece of kit.

Wow, I was amazed to find the specific helmet liner I needed (sold out in most other places), at a great price, AND it arrived the next day (couldn't believe how quickly it was despatched). This was my first order with Skate Station and I will definitely be going back for all my skate needs!

Couldn't ask for a better service. I initially used two other stores to sharpen my skates, I am not currently in the area to visit the store so used local stores instead, both butchered my blade and I only had 4 days to have them resharpened for practice. After messaging the guys at Skatestation they setup a way for me to pay for sharpening and took a total of three days from me sending them to have my skates back and ready to use. They know a lot and I get exactly what I asked for. Amazing service can't say enough!

Extensive knowledge of the products and what will work best for you as an individual. Super friendly staff who are always willing to help. Prices are great. What an awesome shop! Great range of inline and ice Hockey apparel that I could see. I bought an amazing pair of skates from here and prices are competitive. Not just that, the staff went out if their way to answer all my questions and helped me Try on like 6 different pairs. Worth the drive down from London.

I've bought pads, ice skates, and full hockey kit from these people. The range is excellent, prices are okay, and the staff know what they are doing so you get good service. It really is important that ice skates fit properly so choose a real shop with plenty of stock to buy from. They can get a bit busy, so if you need lots of help, go off peak. Oh, and the skate sharpening is good. (Real name Leif. I'm not really a turkey.)

I went to SkateStation for skate fitting session all the way from Iceland! Prior to my visit we discuss over email all my issues and what i want and also options that are on the market for me. I am very impressed. They know what they are doing when it comes to ice skates fitting and advising. I' ve visited a lot hockey shops in my life, here i didnt felt being "forced" to purchase and i actually felt the desire of the stuff to help to find best option for me. Polite, helpfull and patient. I came across the site looking for a jd bug scooter. I had purchased one from another supplier who had stock on website but once i ordered i got email saying not in stock and none coming in before christmas, i was offered a lower speck scooter or an alternative colour. frustrated I started looking on the net and came across skatestation who had stock in the colour I wanted. I didn't want the same thing to happen so I decided to give them a call and check stock was correct before I handed my money over. The lady on the phone was lovely and explained that all the stock on the website is correct and to add the item to my basket as she was going to double check everything. She assured me she had the item I needed and could go ahead with my order. She said I would get an email later that day saying it was dispatched. I completed my order which was easy. As promised I got an email saying my item had been dispatched and I received the scooter the day after. I will have one happy boy christmas day so thank you scooterstation I will defo recommend you and use you again
