Not one of the best stores. Looks like the place is closing down with all the SALE stickers on the windows. Very small store and old fashioned. Was like a cattle market inside and wasn't even enough room to look at things. Very low on stock. And staff didn't really know what they was doing. Needs a new larger store.

Popped in to collect a pre ordered item, took a while for the server to find it for me. In the meantime the other 4 members of staff stood around chatting, no one seemed bothered when the phone rang and rang and rang... hope that wasn't a customer wanting help

often various promotions for clothes and shoes. one huge minus is the delivery after shopping online. the waiting time is several to several times longer than the one given during the purchase. for example, my order was supposed to reach me from 2-4 days but I received it after over 3 weeks. I had to call to customer service and remind them several times to send my order. I do not recommend online purchases from this store. I've had it several times. this was not an isolated case.

Great place to get the original genuine brands. Only pick my order that I have it online ordered. Worcester shop is small not much variety to choose from but that's just my opinion. Stuff is OK not very friendly and pay much attention when you are there kind of have to chase them to help you.

On Friday my daughter and I went into a packed JD in Worcester. I saw two staff serving at the bottom end of the shop. We were buying trainers. I noticed that one of the young guys serving was running here there and everywhere, using his walkie talkie but being besieged by people who all wanted serving simultaneously. Many customers were rude, he was doing his level best and remained polite at all times. We bought trainers because he was prepared to listen wait and do his job well- we had walked out of other busy stores and had almost left JD. He has dark curly hair, medium height, very slim - I don’t know his name. He works very hard and is patient despite there being clearly insufficient staff for the volume of customers. It was mid to late afternoon. ( the other assistant had blonde hair but we didn’t deal with him.)

I loved it just cuz it's jd sports, but, compared to others it quite small in size, Worcester has a fairly high population, make a new jd that's bigger, with more clothes, cuz either I shop online or go to Birmingham to proper shop in jd. But except from size, it's perfect

Excellent customer service, staff extremely polite and helpful, checking stock both instore and online, offering to order an item if not in stock. The shop is very well laid out with particular attention to detail making the stock both co-ordinated and arranged in size order and style. Will definitely be shopping there again. 😆

Once engaged, the staff were superbly helpful, but I suspect they would be stretched at peak times. Definitely the place to go for quality gym/sports kit.
