Customer service and communication is outstanding. I love the instruction videos online!
The prices are much cheaper than anywhere else, plus I love the fact they make their own company owned versions of branded products, which are high quality and at an excellent cost.
Fast delivery and reasonably priced.
Bought the magnetic roof awning rail, then went back for the inflatable campervan awning and they had a special discount on the already competitive price, we literally saved hundreds of pounds compared to other retailers!
C. W.Recently bought a large driveaway awning, which on the whole is excellent, and has been well designed. On the first use we has a few issues and there were a few leaks, and bits missing. On return from the break, I got in touch with Olpro to explain the issues and they had the awning collected, and then swapped for a new one in a few days. I cannot fault the service at all.

They price matched the awning and their communication was excellent, the order arrived within 4 days and when I rang regarding the order number they were more than happy to help. I cannot comment on the awning as yet, but I will once we have used it.
E. B.Bought 2 items from Olpro, a windscreen cover and a carpet. I am happy with the cover, there's a couple areas which could be improved but mostly very good. The carpet was not so good. I was asked to review the 2 items which I did, giving the cover a 4 start rating and the carpet a 2 star rating with some suggestions to improve. Of course the 4 star rating was published but not the 2 star (even after posting it again a week later), and no feedback from the company either. Seems a very dishonest way of doing business and because of this I wont use the company again - who knows how many reviews they refuse to publish if they're not entirely positive..

N. W.We have just purchased the cocoon driveway awning and it had a faulty part. Olpro responded very quick and sent out replacement next door. Definitely recommend them if your looking for a tent or camping equipment.
