Really friendly service, visited the store without any intention of buying anything but I just wanted to try out a scooter, end up actually buying one in the end as I was allowed to try it on the pavement outside/ get a proper feel of it. Only down side is the shop is currently closed off so it's like post office style - you can see items behind the staff, but can't actually walk in the store. However, this is understandable as it shows they're taking social distancing/ public health awareness seriously, especially considering the store is likely to have lots of kids running around wanting to touch everything. Very happy with the service, and the prices are decent too!

Can't fault the excellent customer service in this shop. We had a problem with fitting some news bars to my son's scooter, phone the shop, they phoned back when they said they would and then sorted the problem the following day when we returned. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service is a rarity these days, well done for providing it.

Absolutely fantastic - old skool first class service. Went in to get a new part for my lads scooter and not only did they have the part but they fitted and serviced it in a few hours which saved me trying to fit it when I got home. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - was able to give good advice on skate style for a child who has a wide foot and they ended up with a better fitting skate that they love. A great example of why sometimes it's best to buy in person rather than online - I did a lot of internet searching and still didn't come across the information/ options they had at their fingertips.

I went in to buy a skateboard for my 7 year old. I know nothing about skateboarding. I had been recommended to this shop as being THE place to go. It was clear from the outset that this shop is a specialist shop and the owner is clearly an enthusiast who was honest and open in his advice. I felt I had excellent service and came away with a first skateboard for my son with the protective gear. This is a great example of a small specialist shop that deserves to succeed (and probably is looking at the stock!).

Very cleverly done COVID-safe shopping "booth". Went for a skate helmet, lovely fitting one was handed over with no need to have. My head measured! Definately coming back for future skate needs.

We’d rented a pair of bikes and set off from Brighton to Worthing. By the time we got to Worthing one of the seats had come loose. We stopped and searched for somewhere that would be able to lend us an Allen key to fix the problem - which is where we came across alleyoops. The chap at alleyoops was brilliant - gave us the required Allen key and told us to keep it in case it happened again. A really life saver on a blustery day.

Although very helpfull old man owner of the shop,he will always tries to sell you the more expensive stuff which I really hate when sales people do (you know sometimes they will tell you hey this is expensive but the cheap one is better). Also anything you ask him is very good (speaking about longboards),and if you buy a board you will get a display one that a few hundreds of people have tried,not a brand new one. They are the only in the area so they are take advantage of it.
