Awesome shop with a huge range of incredible products, really helpful team, purchased a super 73 rx from them and had many issues with the bike. (nothing to do with them) The team, especially Amy have gone above and beyond to support and help out, if your considering an e bike or scooter or anything they sell I’d recommend using ride and glide for their top class customer service

I was well looked after by a salesperson named Amy over the phone when making a purchase. She was highly professional and punctually, she went above and beyond for my needs and request. She was able to provide all the correct information that I required and knew exactly what I was looking for. Amy excellence herself with her sale, she was not insistent of what I should purchase. Fantastic service and delivery! Very helpful and polite over the phone and received my board within 20 hours on a Saturday!! Couldn't be happier with the Onewheel XR either. Expensive but 100% worth it, just wish I'd bought one sooner!

This company goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy and satisfied. If you are thinking of buying an electric vehicle or accessories then you cannot get any better than Ride & Glide for price and warranty. I personally bought a zero 10x 60v and it was delivered the very next day by DPD. They also replaced my faulty charger 5 months afterwards purchase, (it stopped working), and they even paid me back the postage it cost to send it to their repair centre in the first place. Customer Service worker 'Amy' is very informed and helpful, and deserves a shout out.

Hi Guys, Whilst visiting the UK, I popped in to Ride + Glide to see what they are all about. I’ve had a Onewheel XR for four months now and wanted to get some technical info whilst obviously checking out there goodies. Soon as I got there I was made to feel welcome and felt like a kid in a sweet shop. It was noticeable that the team at Ride + Glide all have a passion for what they do. Bought a Zero 10x from ride and glide and had some issues with the front brake. (thanks very much to the Chinese man who built it). So got in touch with ride and glide and went through some stuff over the phone with Roger the Technician non of it worked so took the scooter in to sort it. Roger was happy to go though what he was doing which means I know the brakes inside out now. Solved the problem which was a missing o ring from the factory. Roger spent over an hour sorting it and checking the rest of the scooter. You never know how good a company is until they have an issue to sort out. They passed with flying colours.

I went to ride and glide today to get my Onewheel Pint. They have so much cool stuff it is and I had to stay strong to make sure I bought what I came there to buy. The service , help and knowledge base truly makes this go to shop for all of your PEV purchases.
