Great shop to visit. Staff very helpful and friendly, lots of knowledge about products. Bought some bike trousers and they came in really quick as they didn't have my size on the day or my colour. Good spacious show room. Lots of parking too.

It is very competitive for prices on wheels & tyres. Lots to do while your waiting. Have coffee machine, vending machine, free water & magazines. There's Motorsport accessories to look at, motorcycle/bicycle gear as well as lots of books & modifications for your road going vehicle. Ordering to you home is ok & normally quick. Some things do take a long time to order & I had a problem in the past when I waited over 6 weeks to get told my exhaust was unavailable (still showed in stock on website) I ended up having a small dispute & this is why I rated 4 ⭐ That's a one off though, ill continue to use this company as I live close & their 4 wheel Lazer alignment is very good.

I attended the Wrexham Demon Tweeks store today for some motorcycle clothing and found that the different brands sizing is varied so Adam from the motorbikes department helped me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and got several items for me to try on and find my correct fit in jackets and then also went on to help size me with the helmets. Due to this I can wholeheartedly recommend them and will be making some purchases very soon. Thanks again 😃

3 stars, now i recognize this company has grown massively over the years and as with ANY company, the bigger you get , the more chance for poor reviews etc... ive spent a fair amount with this company and they are GOOD people but the service is slightly lacking. the wait times for customer services are not great. My parts were ordered, came late , when they did arrive the order was incomplete, on speaking to CS they advised they'd email me to present to my customer as proof of the issue, they didn't do that. The missing items were received today and it was done timely BUT.... the items NEED to be properly checked with a packing list. they lost stars as i just got fed up... HOWEVER i would use demon tweaks again and they are nice people! its not intentional and they are not rude at all when challenged in the correct way.

All items I ordered arrived the next day (Scotland) and well packaged 👍 Super service and I'll definitely buy from Demon Tweeks again. Five star service and great prices 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I booked my BMW 335d in for wheel alignment only to be told my car needed X2 tyres,x2 rear springs and X2 rear shock absorbers. Broken and leaking , which they showed me. Very dangerous. Very polite staff who are only too happy to assist you. The showroom/shop itself is smaller than I imagined and only a very small part is dedicated to motorcycle gear with just a few jackets, trousers and helmets on display. This means that you have to ask staff to bring out an item from the stock room for you to try on.

AVOID! I have ordered goods since december 2020, they PROMISE to get the stock back in within a month. 5 MONTHS LATER, they still dont have it. I received about 3 emails where they kept changing the dates and not keeping their promises. I emailed on 14th april as I received an email PROMISING they we will get it back in stock. Guess what? They don't even have it. It's beyond joke!! Their customer services is rubbish! They don't even care about your order, they dont ever reach out to you and say Sorry we dont have it in stock, would you like a refund or an alternitive. NOTHING LIKE THAT! You have to go out your way to find out yourself! Avoid this place. EDIT: 16/04/2021 - Chris Rhodes has personally contacted me and helped me with my order. Super friendly, was sorry about the whole waiting and not providing updates. Chris helped me and I agreed to swap my boots that i ordered, I just wished this convo was done 3 months ago. Massive thank you Chris, this was the customer service that I want. Changing 1 stars to 3 stars.

Disappointing new store layout. Race seats, race suits/gloves/boots, helmets & kart section remain, all other display cabinets & shelves with tools/comsumables/equipment removed & replaced with large baby seat section. Hi I can highly recommend Demon Tweeks. I travelled down from Scotland to have coilovers fitted on my car,whilst fitting them another part of the suspension broke because of the age of car,not the fitters fault.This meant I couldn't travel back my 250 miles home that day. They got the part for the next day and fitted it at their expense and put me in a nice hotel for the night,plus a discount on my purchase. Went in to buy motorbike clothing after having a nightmare finding clothes online that fit me properly being 5'2". Found the perfect jacket and trousers after trying pair after pair on. Matt was absolutely fantastic and was very patient and helpful after sending him back for different sizes multiple times and even put a discount on for me. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

The shop is well organised, however I have come across a few arrogant employees who try to push you into paying much more than necessary and when you wish to opt for the cheaper options/your original choice, then proceed become unplesant and nasty to deal with. Generally a good shop providing you are served by the nicer employees.

Asked a family member to pick up specific bolts for my turbo whilst she was in wrexham, she didn't have a clue but asked one of the assistants, who said they didn't have any the right size, but then asked her to wait for 5 minutes whilst he went into the fitting centre to route through used parts to find 2 that fit, gave them to her for free, before she paid a donation for the great service! Cant thank DT enough. This morning I realised I needed new discs and pads ready for Oulton Park trackday tomorrow (4th)......i had loads of weeks to do this but nope it didn't get done. Rang at 08:30, parts ordered, car dropped off at 10:00 and car ready for Collection at 13:00. The mechanic even noticed my wheels were on wrong - rotational tyres - so he swapped them around. Had a couple of kw suspension systems purchased & fitted for my last two vehicles and I can't fault the service & quality of fitting. However, I've made several requests for alloy wheel quotations in the past three years and each time I have ended up buying elsewhere due to the sheer lack of service given. How they ever sell alloys is a mystery to me.

I rang up and enquired if they could undertake an axle back system for my V8 Mustang, they booked it in the same day, and whilst there no waiting around despite them being busy. The guys were outstanding and demonstrated an enthusiasm for the the car, they even let me take pics of the completed work whilst the car was up on the ramp. I was informed that this was their first Mustang they had done a back box system on and despite some minor difficulties in the fitting process they managed the work in a professional manner without rushing it and they took the time to align everything up despite it being a difficult task. I have read adverse reports about this centre however I found nothing to substantiate this from my viewpoint. Very pleased indeed and thank you for making me feel welcome and a valued customer.

Soo I ordered from demon tweeks and due to them not giving me the information I needed in an email of who was delivering my parcel and no tracking number attached I missed my delivery! It was sorted as parcel force delivered to my local post office!! I read some reviews on demon tweeks and was concerned I must say but other than this issue with email I found them to be very polite and helpful when calling and sent my parcel the next working day which was Friday and I received it Monday Correct part and efficient I must say Demon tweeks sort out the email and it's 5 stars I will be a returning customer as my tyres were great value Many thanks

Found uber kids when looking for out n about stockists. Arrived and at first thought oh much smaller than i thought, I'm sure we won't find what we want. However, within 5 mins of discussing our needs ( double tandem buggy) one was being assembled from the stock in the warehouse!
