Very helpful young lady helped me search for what I wanted but limited choice re colour/size in store. She then looked on their main computer to find what I wanted and ordered it for home delivery. Good deals at the moment in their sales section. Store looks a bit crowded when you go in but easy to find things.

Thank you so very much , we found a young homeless girl in the street , we took her in to buy her some stuff to help her cope . She is only young and very vulnerable on her own , she was wheelchair bound , the staff bieng Godly and helpful , in a way only God understands, helped us to help this young little girl. Thank you so much ALL THE STAFF in helping us , to help her cope easier with life . We cannot speak more highly of anyone in any shop anywhere. Not the place I would normally shop but I needed a rucksack. The range was very good but the main reason for the good review is the very frendly staff. The young lady that was on the till went out of her way to help and was the most friendly person I have spoken to today.

Fantastic service, David was exceptionally helpful whilst planning my sons trip to Iceland, great advice on footwear for hiking and a sleeping bag for camping as well as all the other bits and pieces. Can't rate David enough very friendly and professional, I think the unicorn hat may become a team mascot!! 😊👍

Some stuff OK. Buy wisely and you will be reasonably pleased. Yes always a massive sale and to be honest most stuff is fair at that price, but the quality does not demand the inflated prices. Footwear is to be avoided for a major hard day on the mountains. Warehouse it might be, Mountain......?not convinced. As I say look for the best deals. Fleeces and baselayers normally excruciatingly good value, after that buyer caution advised.

I had been looking for Aqua shoes for my 6 year old in the shops I’d been in but no size 13’s. As soon as I walked in today David was there to assist straight away. I told him it didn’t matter about the colour but it was for a girl he quickly found some in size 13. Very bubbly and helpful manager. Great customer service

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, really helps the customer make the right choices to match the activity they are doing or have planned. The prices are very competitive and the clothes are very good quality, although I do stick the the extreme range for the waterproofing and warm clothing.
