100% worth a visit to any nike outlet store near you. I'm a very frequent buyer at outlet stores so where ever i am travelling to I'll always stop at a near by outlet. Tip: phone up on the day of a day earlier and ask what promotions are on. You may find yourself getting a good promo one week compared to another week!

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The store itself was very clean and laid out clearly with the male and female departments clearly marked. No hesitation in visiting the store again.

I visited with my 4 year old daughter. She saw a pair of shoes she really liked and tried them on. A member of staff, Harry, then popped by to say he had a £20 staff discount and wanted to give it to us, such that my girl would get a free pair of shoes. It was such a lovely Christmas gesture. I am really touched and my little girl was really happy. Thank you Harry and the Nike team at the York Outlet!

We thought the staff were really nice and friendly, she also told us about the app which when we found what we wanted and as a 1st time order they gave us a 10% discount which made what we brought very reasonable, I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. Nothing amazing here. Not sure if its coming off the back of a global pandemic or being based at the 'Designer Outlet' but I wouldn't say there are bargains galore to be had. I've previously loved going to Nike Outlets (incl Cheshire Oaks - another Designer Outlet) and often grabbed a new pair of trainers or five for under a tenner each but this time it just seemed like any other sports store - with no sale on.

Queue to get in unless you pre-book via the Nike app. Not as much selection as there used to be, seems a lot smaller then I remember. Very hit and miss on what's available and if it's a good price though, but sometimes find a few gems.

Staff were great and helped me find a new pair of running shoes that suited my needs. Prices were literally a third cheaper than other places. Really friendly customer service, and was able to pay literally in the middle of the store, rather than going and queuing at a till.

Very helpful staff I bought a pair of trainers a couple of months ago which developed a fault, I took them back and although the shop did not have any in stock they gave me an option of ordering online the same pair or getting another style in store. This is a big busy outlet but the staff seem to be service focused and not just sales driven. Lots of choice across the Nike range with a particularly big footwear section.
