We went on bank holiday Monday and was served by a lovely guy (possibly named josh) he was very knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. Ended up buying a duffel bag with the help of him. He wasn’t over selling just purely giving advice on what may work best.

Thought this shop was clean and tidyand the clothes laid out well. But I think some of the stuff is really expensive for what it is. And other stuff where priced ok ie coats. Although I can say my partner bought a coat over 10+ years ago and he still wears it now, and still looks good. Got it for £150. He says its one of the best buy he's got. The shop has good access for wheelchairs as on a flat. The staff where polite and helpful.

Good shop. Some excellent bargains to be had but whatever you get the quality of their stuff is spot on. It's worth paying for quality. When I bought fell shoes the staff knew what they were talking about and helped me choose the right product even though the shoes I bought were cheaper than I was originally going to buy.

I really like the layout of this particular The North Face store. As well as this the customer service was excellent both days that I went this weekend. Friendly, helpful and well educated about the products on offer.

Situated in the McArthur Glen shopping centre near Fulford, York. If you like The North Face clothing and/or like fashionable clothing for both casual and outdoor pursuits then this is well worth a visit. Ended up with a couple of t-shirts and a hoodie.
