S. C.Staff are very friendly and helpful, the lifeguards are excellent. The centre has three main slides, the yellow trap door (capsule) slide is brilliant, the other 2 are decent and are well suited for children 8 years and up. The changing facilities are clean and their is also a small dryer that free for dying swimming clothes which is super handy. Also the price of admission is excellent. The only con is that, admission only gets you about 1 and a half before they ask you to leave - this is covid related I believe as you must book a specific time slot. Overall good experience though.
A. H.Excellent place for family fun swimming with a big aqua play area for kids and superb water slides for those who are more adventurous. There is also a surfing pool with artificial waves for those who would like to practice their skills. Hot water provided in showers for rinsing after swim is a definite plus. The unisex changing area is clean and well managed. Will definitely come again for swimming and water fun later
P. C.Excellent facilities, particularly for toddlers/young children. Splash zone has good slides for a wide age range (walking age to adult!) and the 3 big waterslides provide excitement for the older kids. Fantastic changing and showering facilities, lockers need £1 coin(refundable), hairdryers available free of charge....all in all a great day out!
B. E.We had a very fun afternoon with the family, with areas to suit a wide age range. I’d recommend booking back to back sessions as there are queues to the slides and you would need 140 mins. The facilities are fantastic with family changing rooms, warm showers, hairdresser’s, large parking area, cafe, etc. The staff are so friendly, informative and really good out of their way to advise and assist.
J. P.Excellent facilities, I have used the pools, splash park and waterslides. Clean communal changing rooms, £1 coin operated lockers, hairdryers etc. Great centre and helpful staff! Parking to the rear.
P. H.I have taken my children here a few times, but I will not be back unless they decide to review their session allocation. While the facility itself is excellent, there are simply TOO MANY people in there at once to properly enjoy it. I spent all of my time queuing for the rubber rings needed for the Vortex while my children amused themselves elsewhere. This meant they got a few goes on a great slide - but also meant I hardly saw them.
The shallow end of the pool was packed - as was the Splash area, which was particularly congested. With so many young children in there, it is dangerous to go in there yourself - so again, you cannot actually play with your kids for fear of bumping into or falling over a small child (and I saw it happen).
The issue lies with overlapping sessions - you can tell by wristband colours that there are at least 4 sessions in there at once meaning long queues for the slides (when they're all operating that is). For the price of a session, it simply isn't worth going.
g. f.New hidden gem with lots of mini areas and big slides for big kids. Adults pool in same area for swimming and still in eyesight of the junior area. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

J. O.Great fun. A bit of a pain climing the steps to get to them but the slides are awesome. Also the surf machine is a laugh, getting thrown around on it. Great staff and the building in good condition. Just about to open their cafe with some nice looking food. And should also be up to hosting birthday parties soon

M. D.Not enough time in the pool 50 mins if unfair when your standing in queues. Hair dryers are brutal overall place is brilliant but paying £8 when your only swimming is a joke I don't use the water slides I also have a membership a 2 visits costs more than my membership. Give a different band for non slide users

We had booked for 11 people for the 10am slot. Stood waiting on the slides opening for approx 10, 15 mins then whistle blew for our session approx 11.50 going by the clock on the poolside

T. d.Brilliant Leisure centre ...I brought my 3 daughters 1 of which is autistic ...from we entered the Leisure Centre the staff where very welcoming and friendly the have a system which works brilliantly. I asked could I sit in the viewing gallery incase my daughter decided she didnt want to go in ...they said its not usually opened but they would make an exception ...the pool staff were very professional its run very smoothly . We will definitely be back.
r. b.Went to do the waterslides. So much fun expecially the yellow one where you stand on the trapdoor. Only thing I'd change is not having to book and get a machine to change up money for the lockers (or reception provide change) as I left my bag on poolside (the pool I work at allow you to do that) but here when I got out I got told you cannot do that in future- very friendly staff

A. C.Good place for swimming as an individual or as a group/family. Unisex changing rooms in good condition with refundable £1 lockers. Theres a small shallow pool, a toddler area with a slide and some waterworks, a 'wet play area' for kids of all ages, a long pool (0.7m -2m in depth) for more casual swimming and diving (deep end only) and several big slides which loop around the swimming area. The building in general is clean and has friendly staff.
*Short note* The hairdryers are currently out of use due to covid so bring your own if necessary

C. C.First time visiting and really impressed with the new facilities (I used the gym only). Really bright open space with state of the art equipment. Well spaced out for social distancing so felt very safe from that point of view. Staff were very helpful in directing me. Not my closest better gym facility but would definitely use it more often.

P. H.One of the most popular Leisure Centres in Belfast. 3 swimming pools, Gym, Indoor soccer court, badminton, squash etc. Centre has become a bit dated although gym recently given a facelift. Complete refurbishment due over the coming year or so as part of £25m revamp.
The leisure centre is closed now for approx 2 years due to complete refurbishment, due to reopen around Summer 2019
