K. L.I gave 5 stars because the staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a good experience. I have some mobility issues and the guys on the pool don't make a fuss but they watch over me and ask am I OK and if I need assistance. The girls on reception are just lovely. It is the small things that turn a scarey experience into 'I'm coming back again'
The pool is a little cool when you get in but you warm within seconds. There's a good big clock to keep an eye on the time. The water in the shower is warm and so good. There are hairdryers that are free to use. Also you'll need a £1 coin for the locker which you'll get back.
T. S.Really enjoy the Pilates with Lisa on a Monday. You get the personal treatment to make sure you're getting the best out of the stretches.
A. W.Nice to have mostly everything in one place for a change, after having an appointment here i was able to get something to eat in the cafe serving anything from breakfast to lunch or just a cup of coffee or tea, the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly.
j. m.It was easy to find and parking up especially the disabled parking at the front door what I didn't like was nearly getting hit by a van who sped up on the footpath between the disabled parking and the main doors only I was paying attention or I would have been hit

A. S.I entered a membership for swimming only. The place is spacious and clean. The changing cabins could use more hooks for the clothes though. Poolside nice and practical and the staff is very nice and helpful. I do miss a bit more privacy for the final shower and the water pressure of those showers available is pretty low. Takes ages to get the shampoo off.

S. C.The centre is excellent but the fitness suite needs a more personable and friendly instructor. The permanent guy is very selective to who he is welcoming to. A very unprofessional and petty approach. His attitude would tend to put me off attending the gym.
M. S.I went to give blood and everything was all set up brilliantly. I had not got very long to wait and the nurse was so nice. Well pleased
M. M.Great place been going there for many years. They have 1 big pool for adults and a kids pool with water attractions for kids to play in. You can also find a sauna and a steam room which come with the price of swimming ticket. That way you can come pay for swimming go to the sauna, wash yourself and go for a swim. They don't have a time limit on how long you can stay after you pay like some places I have seen that charge per hour. Overall a great experience for entire family with a concider ably clean changing/pool area and easy access to the male/female bathrooms.

V. A.I have found Grove Wellbeing Centre a friendly place, the Doctors and Pharmacy are really useful all in the one building. This is a modern clean useful community place. Great to visit.

S.regularly use the swimming pool and library. son also goes to a martial arts class here. super summer scheme - kids loved it; daily swimming, crafts, loads of activities ( kids came back home from it fabulously exhausted and sweaty!!). staff nice and friendly with broad range of activities to suit the whole community.
P. Ó. C.Quite a big centre. Pool, sauna, steam rooms down stairs. Gym & aerobics rooms upstairs. Always staff in the gym to help you out and watch over you or answer any questions you may have. Very helpful. It seems to be a popular spot. The times I have been there have been really good. I like the big TV's on the walls while you're on the treadmill ;-) And the idea of having the café downstairs after you've finished.
