J. M.It was my first time going to a rugby match. I was impressed with the stadium and felt it was very modern and has a good layout. The location is quite good and the stadium is easy to get to. The facilities are good and its possible to purchase alcohol within the stadium. There are lots of food stalls serving burgers, sausages etc. The terrace section felt quite crowded so i would recommend getting a seat if you can.
A. L.Not bad but feels extremely cold sometimes. Very... concrete? Cold and heartless at times sadly, but many larger stadiums are like that. During a magch however the crowd noise is incredibly and it can be very lively. Parking is a challenge, and you often have to park over a mile away during large rugby matches and have to walk there and back. The streets in the area are often small Belfast backstreets and can be challenging to navigate.
M. M. C.Such an amazing place to come and watch a game of rugby. The atmosphere in the Kingspan is just electric and every game is the same! Everyone is friendly and its a place the whole family can go and enjoy the game or just to soak in the atmosphere. I loved it so much my girlfriend got me a season ticket for it. Such a great venue and i would recommend that everyone visit this place at least once.

B.Please be aware that the west terrace/promenade is now divided into 1 (family stand side) and 2 (memorial stand side) this season, so when booking tickets you will only be able to stand in the area on your ticket, this is good to know if you're going with friends who are season ticket holders and they are at a particular side.

They serve a good pint of Guinness despite serving it in a plastic glass. Watched the Ulster vs Ospreys play off game & although the crowd was approximately half that as usual, the atmosphere remained good.

A. H.Great stadium these days with the whole thing being redeveloped a few years ago. Very fast and easy to get in and out of with plenty of food and drink available too. Good views from everywhere in the ground with very friendly staff and crowd. Great craic.
A. O.Great stadium as travelling Connacht supporters commented many times just how good facilities are and how we would love the same setup in the sportsground in Galway. Counted 15 food vendors with super food. Once you get into the grounds you can walk to all areas, Ulster great friendly fans.

No more draughty slopes to stand on, the new stands give so much shelter, even for those standing. Lovely friendly, relaxed atmosphere, great rugby and park and ride works very efficiently. R. M.I have been supporting Ulster since I first went to Ravenhill in 1956. Saturday night's crowd gave the team the greatest support I ever remember (except the semi final in the season we were champion's). Ravenhill has become a stadium to be proud of. Changed from the days when tlhere were (except the School's Cup Final) crowds of. a. couple of hundred. Memories go back to the 1980s and 1990s we won 10 in a row Interprovincial Championships. Those days will come back again.

P. M.I went here for a Covid19 vaccination. It was easy to find and looked really nice. They had an offer on beer that looked quite good but since I can not drink and the bar was closed I had to make do with the injection. Sigh!
G. C.Family stand is at the back of the stadium, opposite to the main entrance. Handy to know if you have kids with you. On street parking only around the stadium afaik.

R. E.This is a revamped location and first impressions are favourable. The lay out is more ordered and the amenities are well signed posted. Staff are efficient in dealing with queries and rowdiness. It is a great place to bring children to watch Ulster play. The location is easily got too by road (car) or by public transport. If you are a rugby fan it us a must place to visit.

Fantastic stadium facilities, great views from around the ground, and relatively protected from the elements. We were on the terraces, where the craic was great. Nice straightforward ground to find and get into, with plenty of decent on site food vans and bars. Reasonably priced for food, drink and merchandise, and clean throughout.

Excellent facilities lots of bars and lounges to suck the money out of you. The shop has all the merchandise you could want. Lots of food outlets in the car park at the highly inflated "you are captured" prices.
N. H.Recently moved to Belfast from South Africa and already made it to a couple Ulster games. Was very impressed with the stadium. Entry is quick and easy. Quite a few food and beverage options, although you may have to queue if you don't get there early. The bar staff are quick and friendly. The terraced standing section is staggered well enough that you have full view over those in front of you. The spectators are generally respectful and well behaved. Just remember to Stand Up for the ULSTERMEN!

O. W.Great venue for the WRWC, room for improvement on some aspects. Seating generally cramped and uncomfortable but let's face it what do you expect for a sports stadium.
Great local food stalls, good variety and selection.
Unfortunately on that day the merchandise for sale was mainly only small and extra small. Anything I, everyone in our group and friend wanted was out of stock and this was 15 min after gates opened, I checked a few times in the day if more of the bigger sizes where released for sale with no success. Poor management on the club's part on not getting quantity of sizes right.
But all that taken into account great day, great venue and great people

N. F.Ravenhill. It will always be Ravenhill. Early 90's, when we were getting stuffed by the opposition, rained on, with our pints on the tarmac in the good old days, it was Ravenhill. Nowadays, it's all marshalled by well trained, and I have to say, polite and humorous... marshals!
W. K.I'm a Rugby fan and I support our provincial team in the Pro 14 league. However even if you're not a big fan you can still enjoy a night at the Kingspan Stadium with the extra entertainment laid on. If you like to drink responsibly there are a couple of onsite bars with screens, live music, catering with a variety of food, a well stocked Shop of Ulster branded clothing & accessories. It has an amazing atmosphere & the fans are very vocal & friendly with a small Band playing in the Family Stand to get you singing along. A great place to bring the family especially young children that are given Flags and Clappers to help generate the noise & excitement & get them into sport maybe too. At half time there is Primary Schools Rugby to watch. You might even see a star of the future. One can even get your own children to be an Ulster Mascot for a game too. One of the things that happens at Ulster Rugby compared to other clubs is that the players are so accessible. They have a great camaraderie with the fans before and after the game happy to pose for photos & sign autographs. Tickets can be found online at Ulster Rugby or one can ring the Office where any questions you have will be expertly answered. If you are new to Kingspan there is a map of the Stadium to show you where your seat or standing area is. A Professional team with a Professional attitude to the Supporters too.

D. L.Kingspan stadium is a great place to take the whole family, and the atmosphere on match days is fantastic. There are good facilities a fairly good food village, albeit a bit pricey and generally a pleasant overall experience. There is a well stocked kukri shop with a wide range of Ulster rugby franchise goods and on non-match days there are several different activities available including a visit to the Nevin Spence centre. Parking on match days is difficult due to the location in a residential area but there are park and ride options available from several different locations.

G. G.I'm a season ticket holder and an Ulster Rugby fan so I visit for every home game. It has a great atmosphere and is very family friendly, there's a great mix of all types elderly couples, young couples, female groups, male groups, families with kids and babes in arms.
There are plenty of Bars if you want, plus a large food court with an eclectic mix of food to suit most tastes. There's even an ATM.
Parking close to the venue is restricted as you might expect as the Stadium will hold over 18000 spectators. There are two park and ride schemes at Mount Merrion and Pirrie park. Plus a bus service and an organised taxi rank at the end of the game.
I know there is provision for disabled access but I've never had to use it, so I can't comment on its effectiveness.
As I said it can accommodate 18000+ spectators which enables it to host quarter finals of the ERC cup, but be aware that as it's a Rugby venue so a good proportion of this is standing on terraces.
All in All a modern and effective Rugby home for Ulster Rugby.

N. D.Great stadium. Easy to get to am's in am's out of. Loved that we got to stand right at the field without assigned seats. It was much better than rugby in the states where everyone sits most of the time.
S. C.Visited kingspan stadium for the first time to watch the finals of the world cup final in womens rugby. Stadium was recently upgraded and is a fabulous facility. Easy to find. Easily accessible from the motorway. Wheelchair access at all levels. Large clean restrooms with multiple cubicles. Large open area to eat outside with food and beverage stalls. Also has a couple of bars. Terraces comfortable and has both seated and standing terraces. Great venue
N. B.Absolutely top class evening and some of the best live sport I have seen in some time. Great atmosphere and crowd - seems to attract Belfast's best people.
C. B.Went there for womens world cup and the toilets for females were minimal with a few going out of order. The bar staff were excellent and pints were ok. Great idea for pints to have lids but they run out half way through the day. Stewarts were excellent very helpful

E. M.Dissappointed with the Family Terrace as we were sold tickets for standing room only. With two little ones, this was impractical. When completing the booking there was indication that the tickets would be for standing room only. It should have been highlighted at the booking stage especially for people who have never been there before. I dont think I will travel to this stadium again.

J. Y.OK a nice experience but it's killing club rugby in ulster no dreams for the kids unless they go to mcb or RBAI or Campbell. Ulster are now a professional club who dictate who can play for a living. I remember having a club that had ulster players and the kids could relate to them and see them every week up close. Now the corporate machine says you have to pay for it. You can't approach them in the clubhouse and they are hidden from view unless you can buy a ticket for ravenhill. Yes that's its name

L. J.Whilst not a fan of Stadia foregoing their traditional names in place of sponsorship. "Kingspan" is a rather cool brand, with connotations of elite and premium quality sport. Whilst results recently have not been too favourable - this is a a first class stadium and much much superior over the old Ravenhill facilities. The intimidating atmosphere is very much still present whilst being much more open to the family market as well as impressing visitors - this is a must attend Belfast sporting event
