We took our 10year old on the zip, just about made it (stuck near the end) make sure your over 35kg The heavier you are the faster you go😉 The safety brief was done by youngsters which I thought engaged us all and made some of us who were Very nervous laugh 😃 i like to add to the safety brief, the stairs going up is very high and going round and round careful u don't get dizzy. The guys on the top counted down from.3 and we were off.. took 30 seconds

Had a lovely experience at the bar. I was served by a lovely younge lady called Rosa. She was incredible helpful and had such a positive attitude. I would highly recommend going, especially if all the staff are just as amazing as Rosa was 😊

Spectacular views. Food (for the price of it) was fair 4/5. The service was very poor. Slow (45mins wait for a bacon and egg bap and a fish and chips) and unfriendly (staff seemed pretty bored and inattentive as if everything was a major effort just to do the bare minimum). There was a lot of staff on, so the service couldn't be blamed on being short staff.

A Great Day Out Activity! I visited the Zip last year between lockdowns. It was a sunny weekend day, so it was fairly busy, I think due to the fact people were enjoying having a tiny bit of normality in the world. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating with me and my friend who visited, all super enthusiastic which made it feel like a more exciting experience. Tickets were reasonably priced considering the effort and care put into the whole operation. (You are kitted up and given a full safety briefing before riding!) then taken to the tower 25m or so above ground. The zip is the longest on the south coast so we were really giddy for the 300m stretch. It’s fairly quick but gives you a fun adrenaline kick either way! The best thing about it was being able to simultaneously ride together! Duel riding. It made it 10x better being able to do the zip together instead of one by one. Over all a fantastic experience with no better view than the sea one side and city the other; you travel to the bottom of the beach. We opted in for the video you can get taken of you which we are happy with! We stayed for some sunset deluxe hot chocolates after riding and over all had a great experience. 5* thumbs up from me :)

Not only the best job to work at, but the most incredible and unforgettable experience too! I owe so much to Brighton Zipwire for the amazing friendships I made, the skills I acquired, the person I have become and generally just having the best time working there. There is also something truly special about seeing customers make memories at the zip and overcoming fears/challenges. I worked at the zip from 2018 to 2020, where I did tasks like: being trained in kit, tower and base, working in a team behind the scenes to ensure all equipment collecting equipment met safety regulations, putting on and collecting equipment for paid customers, working alongside the food staff, cleaning, but most all of being a part of the customer's experience of being on the zip. A month or so into the job, we got the opportunity to do an event with a company who works with Dr Joe Dispenza (working on meditation and mental health/healing) and seeing hundreds of people overcome challenges or fears on the drop zone/Zipwire was such a uplifting and life-altering moment for me. I overcame my fear of the drop zone on the first day of the event too! I spoke to some exceptional people; learning their diverse stories (cancer/war/mental health) and I also partook in multiple group meditations and a team building activity, where we all did a trust fall. It was truly the best way to be welcomed into the zip family. From that experience alone, I was able to apply what I learnt, from the leaders of the groups that joined us, to encourage and motivate customers further into my job, so if they had an overwhelming fear, I could encourage them to find that strength inside them, but also recognising and praising the strength they had through all the experience (regardless if they just went to the top and couldn't get further). I feel now that I could go and use that to support friends, family or people in the community. When I sit and reflect on my time at the Zipwire, I am always proud of who I have become l, as a result of the job. Before, I was very shy, hating public speaking, wasn't confident in great heights/my own strength...Now, I feel I have a greater grasp of myself. I can now easily contribute to a team, without being shy. I enjoy public speaking. I would be eager to do heights (I did Go Ape after because I no longer felt nervous at a height). I feel I have a greater understanding of cleanliness and safety regulations because it isn't just ensuring that a customer has a positive experience. It is about making them feel safe, making them feel proud of not only conquering their fear, but also even just going up the tower, eventually making them want to come back/tell their friends, it's about making them trust us and feel like we are a friend to them, to share their experience with. It is about growing as person too. I highly recommend going to the Zipwire. The food is amazing! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! The views are extraordinary and it is worth working there too! The prices are amazing for the experience you are given! If you are looking for a place that gives you memories and experiences to last a lifetime, look no further than Brighton Zipwire. The Zipwire will forever be a credit to Brighton; being the best and most fun Zipwire to go on! It was and forever will be a privilege to have been a part of the Zipwire family!

The zip lining itself for my partner was a good experience however given there are bookings and other customers turning up, there needs to be more time between slots or book only. The walk ins create issues for those that book. The video experience for £4 was not that great whatsoever as I captured a better, memorable video with a camera phone. All you get is a camera angle at the top watching you get ready to go, then one watching you leave , and one in the distance.

Down for the Brighton Marathon (10k) weekend, (as a supporter, not a runner) met up with family at the Zip Bar. Had a few bowls of chips and hot beverages. Pleasant staff. Wasn't busy. Didn't use the toilet facilities so cannot comment on their cleanliness.

I'm being generous giving three stars. Me and my two sons went for a quick breakfast - bacon and egg baps all 'round. £4.50 for really badly cooked bacon and overcooked egg. Coffee was burned. 10p for packet of sauce. Do yourself a favour and do a bit more research and choose somewhere else for a quick breakfast.

Fantastic experience with the team at Brighton Zip. The girls were so lovely (sorry I didn't get their names) in making sure we were harnessed properly and safely. Amazing customer service for them, they really know how to build rapport with customers. Lovely personalities. The zip line itself was exhilarating. Today was our anniversary so we decided to have a little adventure in it. It was lovely. Christian helped us to de-kit and again gave exceptional service. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the lovely team members working this morning/midday for making our experience so great!!

Absolutely brilliant, despite the Drop Zone not being opened due to high winds. Since it just opened, a few things were still being developed and so were not available (e.g. video) but this didn't affect the overall experience.

I went on the zipline and I really enjoyed it. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because it is a little bit pricey. One person was like £20 for one go but I enjoyed it.

Really difficult day as it was really cold and windy. However. Service was prompt and they followed the Covid protocol. Staff were friendly. We only had chips and a drink as it was too cold to sit outside to eat a proper portion of fish and chips.

The Zip wire was very well organised, the staff were very good and knew what they needed to do for the safety side of the ride. Do not waste your money on the video, although it was only four pounds, the quality is very poor, hard to recognise it is you on the Zip, and it would have been better to include the end of the ride, where you hit the stopper as it would be good to see people's reactions. I think like most other attractions that they are missing out by not having someone take a few photos and then you could buy that in a folder showing the details of the ride. Save your four pounds as you will be dissapointed.

Well everyone was very nice and organized. The zip was good, a nice experience, nothing too scary if you are in for extreme things. However, the drop is nothing like a free fall, more like an easy to go drop. I think it should be mentioned on the website that the free fall is almost 1 second, then it is a controlled drop.

I couldn't go on it because they have no lockers yet to put your things in. However, it looks fantastic fun! Went back sans bag some months later, now they have 16 lockers for bags, but alas it was too windy that day. They have sensible Do's and dont's before going on... Most sage 'go to the toilet first'. Ha ha ha wonder why! - Well I finally made it down the zipwire. My Tarzan call was Awesome. After a short but good safety briefing we kitted up in harness and crash helmet. Hooked onto the wire and got comfortable sitting there before they let us go to whizz down the wire. Dont worry It has a strong break! It was over too soon for me, must do it again another time.
