Took our bowling club from South Wales to this very friendly club. Fantastic area, venue and a decent green. Above all, a fantastic welcome!!

Anywhere that has a photo of the queen over the bar automatically gets five stars haha. This is a lovely, warm establishment with ample parking and sea views. The bowls lawn is well maintained and the hall can be used as a nice venue although note noise echos a lot here.

Beautiful set up with two greens and pavilions. Public can bowl, the British Legion and Portishead Clubs offer free tuition. Open Easter to end September. Very busy and visitors made very welcome.

Terrible acoustics, can't here yourself think! I'm young not sure how the oldies hear anything! Very functional venue with lots of toilets, kitchen and bar.
