Really impressive leisure centre. Easy to book, loads of classes and activities, with massive carpark right next door. Pool is spotless and modern, with a main and a small pool.

Everytime we go we kid ourselves that the kids pool will be warmer. Then 30 minutes or so we have to get out because the kids have blue lips. The pool itself is nice clean and large but it's just too cold. Back to Bath I guess

Popped in today to have a look at the gym. The lady was very nice and let me through to have a look. It looked fantastic, but I was put off by a couple of things. The heat in there was very humid, the door in that area was open, which could allow anyone to just walk in, but for a new build, you'd think they would have air con in there. The other thing, I didn't realise this was shared with children in the gym section. I think this is great for children, but my concern was, if it was busy, would there be a lot of children running around. These two things did put me off from joining.

Soft play is great place for children and prices are good which includes a free drink for the adults. Lovely colourful and clean premises. Staff lovely 😀😀 The wasnt easy access for mums trying to push prams etc in the doorway!

Completely refurbished. Excellent facilities. Staff sometimes struggle with the volume of customers, but that is because it is popular. Only pain is the family swim with us all crammed into 2 lanes.

Both swimming pools are great, booking on was easy, however I found checking in wasn't easy, you have to wait for a member of staff to check you in and they always seem to be preoccupied. The changing rooms aren't that baby friendly (could only find 2 baby changing units) with no where to put the baby whilst getting changed. The token machine for the lockers wasn't working properly causing delay. There's a trolley park for prams down in the changing rooms. The lift down was great but there could be more signs to the pool

Excellent leisure centre. The refurbishment has been done to a high standard. Soft play and swimming pool are great. All bookings online had been tricky. Not being able to speak to someone on the telephone needs a rethink in my view. September 21 update - app to book swimming broke and only way to talk to someone was to drive down to the leisure centre. The Bettter helpline just goes to a message that they're busy. Better could do with improvement.

I've not been here for years and the place has been transformed. The app booking is decent although my membership card on the app doesn't show. But the facilities are far beyond what I remember, the staff were polite and helpful. It's not my local gym but for me it's worth the trip

Much, much lighter and airier since the refurbishment. I have only tried out the pool and softplay. Softplay is OK, it isn't large but great for parents with smaller children for keeping an eye on them. If you go here for a family swim it is in the learner section of the pool which is an OK size looking out on to the park which is beautiful. Good changing room and shower facilities.

Absolutely stunning new facilities, big softplay centre... only down fall is the pool is a little cold but then this is swim for fitness times maybe warmer when family swim 🏊‍♀️ ♥

This is a great leisure centre for the size of the town. It is modern and clean, with a pool with sauna, and a gym that overlooks the river valley.

Good value for money although it's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone which is very frustrating. I didnt see the gym and pool before the refurb. So have nothing to compare it to but the pool to me doesnt look that new- when you go under water its yellow in places and just doesnt look like it's just been built.

Extremely impressed with new swimming pool. We are so lucky to have such great facilties now in Keynsham. We used the new learner pool today and my sons loved it. The place looks so modern and fresh and seemed very 'covid secure'. Probably a tad on the expensive side but you can understand why given how many people at a time are currently being let in. Great job Betta leisure!

Can't make a good post about Keynsham Leisure Centre. Railings in the public areas are rusty and you touch them at your peril. Also cannot understand why visitors are allowed pool side wearing ordinary shoes.

The staff here are excellent, was my first time using this gym and they couldn't have been more helpful, it can be abit scarey the first time using a new gym and pool but the lady who was working went above and beyond to help me and really made me feel welcome, even gave me advice on parking. Gym and pool are abit smaller than the other better site I usually go to but I'll definitely be returning here on a regular basis. Thank you better keynsham staff! 😊😊 5*+++

Great new equipment. Very rare to find a watt bike and ski erg in any gym. Barbells and plates all Eleiko which I was surprised at but impressed. Well laid out and a great staff. Very reasonable considering what you get access to. Well run during Covid times.

Currently undergoing a much needed full refurbishment, gym, studios and squash courts have been reopened and are a massive improvement on the original. Children's soft play area and café are also open. Pool is currently closed while getting it's face lift! This gym is now on track for being a great fitness centre and social hub for Keynsham. Well done!

Took my grandson for lesson I am slightly disabled but no signs for lift and floor in changing room very wet and slippy ,even after refit it look tied and untidy the viewing area is poor and rail have yellow foam on . Felt very unfriendly

A nice pool, the temperature was just right and it wasn’t too busy when I visited, despite being a Bank Holiday weekend. Everyone was friendly and helpful as it was my first visit to this centre as I was on holiday in Bath. I have been a member at a Better Leisire Centre in Middlesex for the past two years.

Amazing service and vastly improved facilities. A particular staff shout out goes to 'Jordan' who is always friendly, although all of the staff are, which makes for a pleasant experience. Keep it up guys! :)

As it's under renovation currently it's very confusing and a bit more signage would be helpful as otherwise you might end up disturbing a yoga class! Also, the spinning class is bunched up on the stage in a huge open hall.

Keynsham leisure centre is now an old building that has seen quite a few changes. It works very well for many functions and the staff are always lovely so as a local resident its great to have it in Keynsham :-)
