Good but if character to the place although a little rough around the edges

We had hospitality tickets for my Dad's birthday. Fantastic service, always friendly and helpful and great food. Our kids were right that we were being treated like VIP's! Man of the match presentation was great, and Sam Finley was happy to chat and sign his autograph. The stadium was immaculate, and the pitch was flawless. The football, lets hope Rovers win next time!

Old traditional stadium.
Food and drink is spot on.
Unfortunately us away fans were housed in a tent on the South stand.
Thought the security were a bit keen.
Drew the line at them wanting to pat my 9 year old down!

Great apart from hoardes of middle aged frustrated pie munching blokes constantly screaming foul mouthed obscenities as if they could last 5 mins on the pitch 😁😬

What a dump. A mismatch of different covered stands and ofcourse most of the away fans are in a corner in the open. Very difficult to generate an atmosphere because of this, even though we took 1600 fans.....which was about a third of the attendance!!! Bristol Rovers are not a very big club. And I don't know why it is but alongside the away fans is a large stand which overlooks us and the home fans there are just so angry and hateful towards us. Shocking service from a little tiny hut and my chicken balti pie was not very good, overcooked and they had no forks or spoons. Poor effort. Staff were ok though. It's not an easy place to get to, train stations 2.5 miles away and being a Sunday not a lot of buses.

A great place to go if you're a Bristol Rovers fan. No City supporters please.
