L.Great friendly sports bar which was showing the Wimbledon men's final on Sunday 10th July 2022 on 3 tv screens - prices very reasonable for drinks - there were things going on in the recreational ground and all round a good atmosphere People were friendly the phot is the approach from the hall and the sports bar is just behind - parking follow the signs
R. S.Only walked in the grounds but everyone friendly and stops and talk. Great to see young tennis players having lessons, football cricket and baseball played there. Great to watch.

A. P.After half an hour of having been there, a man that looked remarkably like 'whitey bulger' from 'black mass' greeted me. He, in his full Fred Perry tracksuit introduced me to the crowd.
There was an odd man there, with fingers like a chicken. However, I didn't let his presence dissuade me from the generally positive atmosphere.
Another gentleman, full of the troubles and worries of a guy that's been played for a trout all too often, stood, sweeping up sick in the corner.
All in all, it was an enlightening and humbling Insight into the human psyche. With cheap beers to boot I couldn't recommend this place more.×
