Reviews of BUZZ Parks Cardiff

We went for Tots morning with a 5yr old. We only paid entry for him which was great.
Buzz is a well maintained trampoline park, seemed lovely and clean and generally better condition that previous parks. We didn't use the cafe but it looked clean with plenty of drink and snack options.
The only downside to Buzz is having to have separate socks for trampoline and Inflatable sections. Switching between the two is a pain with little ones. We just wore one pair ontop of the other and removed a pair when required. The trampoline socks have grips whereas the Inflatable ones are just regular cotton socks. It would make more sense to have grip socks for the inflate section as its very slippery. Also I cannot see why we can't wear regular socks on the Inflatable?
We had a great time though and would highly recommend it and would visit again

Great entertainment for the kids. We have used lots of similar parks and my kids have reported back that this is one of the best. The reason for not giving 5 stars is for the limited space around the café area and the café being very basic. But for children's enjoyment the this place Is great.

Best of both worlds, even us adults can get involved and have a gym session at once. Kids loved it once they knew rules

lovely experience and staff; went for a date and had great experience even as adults! was served by a girl with long brown hair who talked us through everything and was very helpful:) cheap food and drink prices. would have loved if there was a photographer bouncing with us to capture it all but besides that i would definitely recommend.
E. B.
Amazing experience, not done anything like this before. Really need to be fit to keep up with the grandchildren!!! Well worth the visit although recovery time was needed!!!

Whether you're a big kid or a little kid and you love to bounce, this is the place for it!
Awesome inflatable maze slide course at back a little inflatable area for little ones under 5s.
Also can book birthday party's which are catered for, hotdogs pizza etc...you you just bring the cake and party bags.
It's not the cheapest but it's not the most expensive by far either. 👍
M. P.
Cool place for all ages. Good that they have a section for smaller kids (under 5's) but could of been a bit bigger and/or more things to play on to keep them occupied for a bit longer. Great prices though and will be back again!

Came here for my daughters birthday party. Excellent place for kids to play, lovely food Ans staff are excellent
S. L.
Absolutely brilliant! Went today for the first time with my 2 year old twins and they had a ball, as did we! Toddler Takeover session i definitely recommend. Its expensive for your first time as you have to buy the socks for all of you but you know you'll be going back and you'll keep them for years so you don't mind!!
S. M.
So much fun, very grateful to have a place like this in our area. Staff are super helpful and cheerful. Tots takeover session is nice and early, just wish it was extended a little longer.

First time going here with my grandchildren aged 7 and 8. They absolutely loved it. Would be great if they could have a little longer! As it's £10 an hour and of course they have to stop and drink. Apart from the price it's great! 😊
G. H.
My 4 year old absolutely loves this place! The under 5’s session is perfect for him. The staff are friendly and it’s lovely and clean. A great place to spend a Sunday morning.

Cost me £45 for the 3 kids so I wasn't happy when I had to pay for socks when they are no different to their normal socks. You have to wear grip socks for the trampoline then switch to cotton socks to go on inflatable but you have to buy their cotton socks to go on. Apart from that there's loads for the kids and cafe is cheap, great place
M. J. H.
Very noisy and very busy. Not a great design for younger children as you cannot see them in the inflatable section. Despite having a bridge it's all too high to see over so when children have accidents you only knew when they came off. They've got youngsters working there who just sit & chat but do not supervise. The youngsters in the cafe are trying to do party food & drinks so the cafe queue was huge. Children can go from trampolines to inflatables but have to change socks, the adults have to walk around the outside perimeter. Awful wastage with socks everywhere. We were invited twice for parties so have no idea of cost. Don't like their being adults & older teenagers using same spaces with youngsters
S. O.
Took my 6 year old daughter here, she loved it as any kid would.
One thing to be aware of is that you have to have 2 x different pairs of socks (1 pair for trampoline and another pair for the inflatable)
Would advise anybody visiting to complete the disclaimer and watch the safety video prior to attending as it will save you having to do it at the venue.
Lockers are available for £1 (which is returnable), no seating in the changing areas.
Plenty of trampolines and we didn't have an issue with there being too many people.
The inflatable park was a good size. It had an obstacle course around the outside and in the middle were slides and various other obstacles to climb over and run through.
t. j.
Good fun trampolining and inflatable sections.not sure about the necessity for buying hygiene socks for the inflatable section (those hygiene socks were being worn everywhere, including the toilets)..not a bad price if you've already purchased the socks..

Absolutely a fun experience. Friday afternoons are great for anyone with autism or family members with autism. Since they have it dedicated to cater to them.

Second time I have been here in recent weeks
My 8 year old loves the place, though he spends more time on the inflatables than the trampolines but still worth it. There are plenty of seating areas including a nice big cafe area where you can have a small selection of hot food, or plenty of other snacks and drinks. I have also been very impressed at seeing the cleaning regime between each 2 hour session. They use a disinfecting fog system and take care to cover all the equipment in the 30 minute cleaning windows. Definitely recommend as somewhere to go that appears to be COVID secure. We will be back soon.
C. C.
Kids had fun but I have doubts about cleanliness. We visited 1600 on a Friday toilets haven't been checked and quite dirty with seat hanging off the toilet.
O. R.
I was spiderman literally and Kelly gave me a 15/10 I'm honestly so good 👍 so are they, it's really fun you should try it!
S. K.
Loads of trampolines and inflatables. It's incredibly fun for people of all ages. My only complaint is it's a bit pricey
G. J.
My 11yr old son and his friends love Buzz cardiff, would stay there all day if they could 😊
S. O.
We all thoroughly enjoyed it, very entertaining for all 2 ,34 & 55 year old
N. A.
Excellent, felt very safe, all COVID measures clear and adhered to. Will definitely be back for Toddler Takeover soon.
M. E.
Great day out with all the family. Even fun for adults too!
J. W.
Amazing, fab for all ages, my 11 and 3 year old loves every second.

Buzz trampoline was totally Awsome my Arianna and Katy Lee had so much fun we will deffinately be coming back 😊🎉🎉

I run a group for children & young adults with disabilities called Sparrows Additional Learning Needs. We visited buzz last night as a one off exclusive hire for our families and I must say we had an absolute blast . Everyone including parents had a brilliant time and so much fun . The staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our children the majority of which have Autism . Nothing was too much trouble and they interacted wonderfully with us all. I couldn't of asked for better understanding from any of them . Entrance ran smoothly thanks to Emily , Tara & Chris . We have already booked our next session 😀and hopefully we will continue to have monthly sessions with the great staff at BUZZ . Thank you all so very much . See you soon 🤗 love, Nana Debs xx
S. B.
Had my daughter's party here and absolutely loved it! Thank you 😊
R.
Great fun with the mix of trampolines & inflatable area. Children and adults enjoyed
I. H.
Great fun but....... Cafe closed 45 minutes before it closes, no warning so had to look for a shop after we left to get the kids a drink and toilets shut an hour before close, again no warning. Bit of a pity really as the kids was loved it otherwise
J. B.
Kids had a lot of fun, and staff were really friendly and helpful
S. C.
Kids had a nice time but considering the covid restrictions and the supposed 'limited' numbers allowed in, we couldn't park and there was not enough seating so can imagine what it would be like without the limitations.
As I say though, the kids had a nice time and it was nice to see there were staff on the trampolines keeping everything in check.
There is a counter for food and hot/cold drinks and toilet facilities.
We did have to buy 2 different pairs of socks for each child (one for trampolines and one for the inflatables) which was apparently costly but I think it is to be expected to be ripped off in some way wherever you go these days. My partner wouldn't tell me how much they cost as she knew I'd forgotten to take my BP tablets and I'd yet to see the prices of their drinks but I already knew they would work out to be the most expensive socks ever when working out the cost per wear value. It's been about 3 weeks since we visited and the socks have not been worn again yet.
c. m.
Good for small children who aren't worried about injuries, not so great for anyone else.
There is Incorrect information on website, we arrived 30 minutes early as website says to and we're told to wait outside until session begins. There are no performance trampolines, staff were giving Incorrect advice on techniques (back bounce), staff were using safety equipment Incorrectly, no real covid restrictions (no systems in place on equipment/in park only partial in reception). Staff were drinking on court and removing mask to talk to people.
We ended up leaving early.
E. W.
I took 3 boys, 14 years of age and they loved it. Only thing is the cafe shut about 10 minutes before the end of the last session so you can't buy a drink at the end. Wish I knew this as had to stop at McDonalds
C. R.
Apart from having to switch between two different pairs of socks when switching between the blow up areas and the jump areas it's a pleasant place to visit
J. J.
Great place to have some fun! Friendly staff and nice cafe too.
E. O.
the kids enjoyed the place. Great customer service and helpful staff. A lot of activities for both children and adults.
A great place to spend the weekend. look out for discount.
T. O.
Great place for kids to burn their energy. An hour or two of excitement!
L. C.
Most staff were lovely. Natasha was very rude to my daughter and refused to help her after she fell off the inflatable bridge. She simply just walked away. The cleanliness was awful too and so was the social distancing. Nobody was wearing masks except the staff at the till? Not sure their thinking behind that one. Handsanitiser dispenser didn't even work and there's nobody checking temperatures either. There's a different door for entrance and exit but it's totally pointless if you've been bouncing around with everyone there too.
J. B.
Deffo please go if you get the chance? I loved every second and was so cool to feel like a kid again. Haha. I am 37 by the way and it was my daughters birthday idea. The best fun I've had in ages.
A. C.
Great trampoline park enjoyed it but what are the opening times because last time i went it was 4pm until 7pm
But now its says 10am - 7pm
H. M.
Only negative was having to buy a pair of "hygiene socks" as well as trampoline socks, which seemed really pointless.
B. H.
A very fun experience with plenty to do. Would’ve enjoyed more if they still had the air bag. Nice food and nice staff as well.
C. H.
Tha place is amazing, expensive but no more than all the other trampoline parks and regularly provide 25% discount coupons by email so that's great. Could do with a bit more seating for adults but there's little space for it
K. R.
Absolutely brilliant, staff aretention so helpful, friendly and polite. Food is beautiful and great prices on all food drinks ... especially the children's meal deal. We have been a few times every week in the last 2 months. Highly recommended. Great day out and suitable for toddlers right up to teens.
A must do .. can't praise the staff/service/facilities enough. Always being cleaned too. 5*****
Thank you Buzz for being so brilliant 😊😊
R. H.
Fun place to bring the kids. I myself also enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached. However, I think the seating area for the parents could be bigger as finding a empty table can be a struggle when you first arrive. And the length of time 1 hour is not enough. When filling in the waiver forms and and watching the safety video all adds up of the time you paid for. But it does mention on the website to arrive 30 minutes early.
I'd like to see at least a minimum of 1 Hour and 30 mins as minimum play time or 2 hours to get the most of what you paid for, especially with a large party.
Overall, it's been great!
R. F.
Well run and safe place for the children to play. Free WiFi for parents to pass the time, but limited seating & quite cramped at busy times.
r. l.
Staff are brill, open longer than jump, will go there again.
A. C.
Go Air is a brilliant place to take the children!
It is a totally child friendly environment where the kids can jump and play and have loads of fun. As parents, there is one way in and one way out so you don't have to worry about anyone going astray. The members of staff are always very helpful and will tend to your needs in the best way possible. The food is well priced and of such high quality that you always go back for more. All in all, I would very much recommend this amazing establishment for any party or just for a lively afternoon out with the family. We'll done Go Air 😁 😁 😁
A. E.
Clean, decent value coffee, and the kids loved it
C. W.
Enjoyed the trampolines and the new inflatable area. Lots of fun. Changeover time was a mess though - the new group started the same time the current group ended, so it was chaos and very busy. Too many people to be able to maintain social distancing
R. I.
What fun! Great place for my 3 year old to properly knacker himself out!
There's a well equipped cafe from which you can see the toddler/young kids section very easily. They sell sandwiches/toasties, snacks, drinks etc. There are lockers of various sizes that require a pound (refundable) to use. When you visit for the first time you have to watch a short safety brief and also fill out a waiver (this last bit can be done online in advance). Great place!
C. H.
I mis managed booking and the manager was super kind and helpful. Utterly amazing.
J. N.
Great place for kids release energy. Very clean lovely staff.
Be better if the meals had more choice.
J. E.
It wasn't bad, just too busy but maybe is normal for the weekend. I liked there is the area for smaller children and eventually you can take every one. The coffee shop might needs some improvement but still os ok. Definitely we will be back!
G. F. t. l. o. g. R.
Great fun for your kids friendly staff . Clean . The canteen area is a bit cramped but we here for the trampolines . The lockers ,some are way to small to put your things in there are larger one but only a few . Maybe just get rid of small and have just have standered size all round .like places food and drinks are over priced but u can bring your own so just down to convenience. All in all my kids had a great time wound take them again .
P. E.
Fun, noisy and small but also big. Expensive snacks and drinks
M. M.
Kids had soo much fun babies and grown-ups too 😂 we really enjoyed ourselves there definitely will visit again
D. R.
Visited Buzz several times over the last few weeks. The staff are so friendly. The food is beautiful and it is immaculate there! My neice that is autistic has been coming along with me and they have been so accommodating to her needs. Can see myself spending a lot more time there. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and understanding
A. J.
Kids love it however it gets overcrowded. Safety briefing video states only 1 child to bounce on trampolines at a time, however there are 11 trampolines in the tots area and over 20 children plus parents when we visited. Too crowded and impossible to follow the 1 child per trampoline rule.
K. 2.
Very fun to jump around in with little ones, my little girl is 6 and so could go on the other side of the park but I think just for one hour it's expensive.
It's £18 for 1 two people and one hour although it doesn't seem timed and it's £2 for a pair of special socks just for the park as well... personally I think it's a bit much when you are on a low budget but worth it to.
S. G.
Very good for the children and friendly staff
J. B.
Fantastic. My son had his 10th party there and everything was 'spot on'. The staff were all excellent with the children and super friendly. As for the facility, it was well maintained and spotlessly clean. A little cold for the spectator, but understandably so. So if your watching, bring a coat. 10/10.
S. D.
Kids really enjoyed it and that's the main thing.
Maybe they were short staffed on the day I visited but but cafe area was disgusting, every table and chair was dirty, sticky and not cleaned. The floor was covered in mess and I understand that the main priority is looking after the customer but hygiene should also be up there with that. Plenty of parking available.
F. E.
Lovely staffs. My 4 year old son loved the place. It is perfect place for toddlers and children.
L. J.
Fun, spacious park, friendly staff. Cafe quite pricey and £10 for a young child is quite expensive but positive experience overall and very Covid conscious.
s. g.
Took my daughter and her five friends to a Saturday night go glo disco session. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Very impressed with their customer service. The whole place was very clean and although it was a little cold inside you can sit near a warm ceiling heater and get a nice coffee to warm up. We all had a brilliant night. Music was awesome too. Thanks so much Go Air!! Will be back soon
A. K.
Great fun & reasonably priced, not too crowded so the children could use all of the park.
R. L.
Very cold in the toilets, baby change, locker room and cafe, definitely need some heating. Also need a safer more secure toddler area as the loose nets are very dangerous and kids climbing through from the bigger area make it very unsafe for toddlers
M. J.
We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here (Oct 2018) and went for the "Go Extra" package and it was excellent! The staff were happy and bubbly and really made a fuss of the birthday girl, all the children had an awesome time, the only down side is trying to get your kids off the trampolines to go home! A massive thank you to Liam and the team at Go Air Cardiff for an unforgettable birthday experience! I couldn't recommend it enough!
A. H.
Went for birthday party with private room and pizza after the bouncing.
Good venue, but unfortunately I cannot bounce due to back issues.
For those that can't bounce there is a good cafe with fresh coffee and a good range of and and drinks.
Kids enjoyed it which is the main thing
J. R.
Fun but the person who checked us in couldn't have been less interested in his job. Given we were new there being told where to go would have been nice! The rest of the staff were great and it's good value for money
D. V.
Took my children and one of their friends today, booked in advanced so happy that I could avail of the 2 for 1 offer for the over 6’s. Unfortunately no seating by the time we got there for the noon session. Luckily the lounge area was not in use for a party and I asked if I could sit up there. Went to go get hot food after an hour and there was almost nothing in the fridge. Very disappointed as kids where looking forward to hot panini’s and had to settle for the last of the pasty’s which did not taste nice when heated in microwave. Will go again but will probably take my kids elsewhere to eat!
C. H.
Went to a birthday party here this evening, well organised, my son had lots of fun, the pizza was lovely, thank you x
A. L.
Took my 2 year old today for the first time. She absolutely loved it. Didn't wana leave. Actually had to leave with her kicking and screaming.
Definitely one for families to do.
Will be taking her back sooner then I thought.
D. J.
A nice place to go with the kids. Lots to do there. There is a cafe that serves refreshments and seating area tho it can get quite packed. Not sure if you can pay on the door as I've always booked online. You do have to sign a waver in order to use the facilities but that to can be done online. Parking can be quite tight. Well recommend tho as its a good few hours out and the kids can have fun and also exercise at the same time.
S. B.
This place got it all for the family. Took grand kids here sat brilliant place. Lots to do for kids nice reasonable prices for kids to have full day. You will not get better value for money. Lovely food for whole family. Well done guys keep up the good work.
J. P.
My grandson had his birthday party here today, l thought it was expensive at £16 per child for a 2hr party, and an hours play! They then had a room where they had food, the time set aside for food was far too long, two slices of pizza and a drink of squash, the children eaten all the pizza in 10 minutes, they then had to be entertained themselves for the rest of the time, though they could listen to music. They should have easily had an hr and a half to play, a table hadn't been reserved for us so we had to stand around for AGES until other people left which was a pain as we had brought a box of cakes with nowhere to put them, l did complain and say that l thought it wasn't good enough but no one seemed able to help, we did eventually manage to get a table. On the positive side the children did seem to enjoy themselves though were bored the last half hr or so.
J. G.
The trampolines were good, the kids had a great time.
I was less than impressed with the food options. We had 12 kids with us who all wanted hotdogs but a few were vegetarian and/or Muslim. There wasn't a vegetarian option so they ended up having a toastie.
S. O.
Great place for the children, mine always want to come here (from London visiting grandparents) very clean and staff are friendly. Cafe is one of few places I've found serving real coffee! But shame there's a lack of seating/anywhere for parents to sit while waiting.
D. G.
Fantastic for people of all ages. £6 per child, caretakers go free. Easy to buy tickets online, but you have to be well in advance in order to submit a safety waiver.
M. P.
I took my young child here they offer a session of 1 hour in a cornered off section with a foam block pit and trampolines ideal for smaller children she really enjoyed it the place has music a cafe various different areas I liked this place. Has a car park, usually busy especially when it's wet and raining.
k.
Very enjoyable and very cheap for the fun experience. Only reason i didnt give it a 5 star is because its just way too hot
S. G.
Great place to take the kids for an hour. Get there early though as there was a wait in the queue to get in which meant we lost some time (they do say this on their website though so it was fault). Also been here for a birthday party which was good, 2 hours of time with the food in the middle.
B. -. M.
Absolutely fantastic!
For kids & adults alike.
Numbers limited per session to keep it nice.
N. W.
Kids loved it the process before going on the trampolines is quite long if you have impatient excited birthday kids. Also you will be queuing with kids that have been before who just push barge and not give a care for anyone else. The staff need to sort out another way of forming a orderly queue so they have more room as to letting them on /off at the same time.Very expensive if you pay for more than 1 and the food is pricey too.
c. v. d. G.
great place to bring family to tire out kids. i go on free with my kid because hes under 6. the section is much smaller then for the big kids and neither are allowed to cross so babies dont get bounced on. the big boy section is for over 5s but have to pay for adult and child then. they have a lot going on there not just trampolines but its trampoline themed. very clean you have to pay for socks when you come in 2£ each pair. safety indtructions are played and staff are placed all around. i think its really safe. enjoy
j. b.
Gets a bit expensive on weekends! But lots of parking and the staff were great. But buy your drinks from the vending machines as the ones from behind the bar which are in cups come out of the pumps warm!
D. B.
For people that want a quick, TL;DR review, Go Air is unfathomably enjoyable and I'd recommend to anyone to visit. Also, at the end of this review, I have tried to summarize some key things you should know before visiting Go Air.
Go Air is one of the new chains of indoor trampoline parks. The concept is basically hundreds of trampolines in a room for kids and adults alike to bounce to their hearts content. The idea is fairly basic, yet surprisingly effective, and most definitely fun. A perfect place to take kids for parties, or to gather a bunch of close friends for an amazing day out.
Unlike many other indoor trampoline parks, Go Air offers more than just beds upon beds of trampolines. It boasts a large foam pit, a trampoline dodgeball area, as well as two trampoline basketball strips in addition to a giant floor of trampolines.
Being 16 (and horrendously childish by nature) Go Air was a blast! The customer service was excellent, contrary to many of the other reviews posted. Staff members supervising the jumpers were very outgoing and friendly, and seemed to be incredibly talented on a trampoline, showed not only by their display of their impeccable skill with a trampoline, but their ability to convey advice to people not so talented, such as myself. By the end, I was able to perform a large array of decently impressive tricks on a trampoline, thanks to their guidance. However, despite this, my one small criticism was their use of profanity throughout the hour I had spent there. Albeit subtle and nearly unnoticeable due to the volume of the music, I was still able to notice it from time to time. Otherwise, the staff were brilliant.
The canteen prices were fair enough, and the large choice of food on offer was amazing for a trampoline park. Though, it should be said that many people left empty bottles and plates on the tables, and they weren't picked up by staff at all; the same bottles and plates being present on the tables from when I entered the trampoline area to the time that I left. However, that is probably more down to the people who used said bottles and plates not cleaning up after themselves.
Another problem people reported is the temperature of the canteen area. Two massive fans keep the trampoline bed area cool for the jumpers. Being the start of August, I can see why people would complain as, even in the warm weather, the building was *slightly* chilly. If venturing to Go Air in the winter months, and you are supervising your children, I would advice bringing a /jacket/coat along with you. Jumpers should still wear shorts and a t-shirt, as you will get fairly hot headed on the trampolines regardless of the temperature outside.
In summary, Go Air is perhaps one of the best places for days out or parties in Cardiff. I will surely be visiting again, and I feel that anyone who decides against spending an hour at Go Air are missing out on - easily - one of the most enjoyable days out of their life!
Money. Well. Spent.
4/5 Stars.
***Things you might want to know before visiting***
• The park is open to anyone over the age of 6, however, they do offer special toddler sessions for those younger than 6.
• Sessions are £10 per person, and I believe you are able to pay for consecutive sessions.
• You are required to pay for special socks for safety reasons. They're £2 a pair and can be re-used for repeat trips.
• Health and Safety briefing before entering it required. Its worth the watch if you are yet to read the rules.
• Arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before the hour of your desired session to avoid disappointment or less time spent jumping.
• You are not allowed to take food into Go Air, and must bring money for food if you wish to purchase anything.
• Personally, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking a break at least half way through a session. Although I would class myself as decently athletic, I found myself feeling ungraciously tired halfway through the session, and now heavily regret not leaving to get a drink, with the idea of getting the most out of the hour.
A. J.
In my opinion go air is the biggest trampoline park in the whole of Wales it bigger then the others that i have been to multiple times. For example infinity, supertramp. I recommend this place for any person. i know its the other side of cardiff but its worth the money and time that you get. The food and drinks are fantastic. If i was you i would take your kids to this one as it will make them feel shattered after jumping on the trampolines.
100 out of 100 to the team that works their they did a fantastic job.
Recommend this place to anyone.

Great hour to kill, kids enjoyed it and friendly staff, however on entry to signing in on the computer there was previous customers details on show, email addresses, phone numbers and date of births.be careful new GDPR laws. I am very conscious of my details being stored and what are they doing with them ?
S. A.
Visited here on 09th Jan, with my 2 sons an his friend. YOU MUST BE 6 OR OVER TO USE THE FACILITIES
Firstly, you will need to purchase grip socks at £2 a pair and watch a safety briefing before being allowed on the trampolines, but the video takes about 5 mins.
Secondly, it is very loud here (owing to pop music) and also very, very cold!
That being said, my sons and their friends had a great time. Safety is paramount and there are plenty of staff to supervise the activities, which consist of dodge ball, a foam pit, basketball range and a number of trampolines.
The £10 per session is money well spent and the cafeteria prices are excellent.
In all, money well spent and throughly enjoyable.

I went to the go air fitness class last week and it was a lot of fun. The instructor was clear and not forceful; if you could not do a move then he would give an alternative. It definitely got you working your core whilst bouncing around. Also no impact on my knees which is an added bonus.
C. W.
Kids had a great time. 2 hrs of bouncing around. Good price £12 each. Cafe ok could do with more seats. Good for all ages kids and adults. 👍
B. (.
Awesome place for both children and adults. Friendly staff who are well trained. Great prices too. They offer food and coffee in a cafe style area

Wow, I visited Go Air on Saturday with my 6 year old daughter and had an amazing time.
I would like to clear up a few things about the bad reviews I have read on here and put some people's mind at rest. It does clearly state on the website 6 and over; if your child is under 6 then try and get to the toddler session on a Saturday morning.
Regards the cold, you think it's a bit chilli when you get there but trust me, when you start bouncing it's not nearly cold enough; I will say if you are going just to watch then take a jacket or something; otherwise if your bouncing you will need shorts and t shirt unless you want to look like a lobster coming off.
Regards the experience it is 1st class and great value at £10 for the hour, the music going on is great and plenty of different things to do when you there.
Be warned you will hurt the next day, have ached in places I didn't know existed, so great for all those January diets. Thanks to Go Air, will be back soon.
M. K.
The equipment is a bit run down and could do with an update, but we had a voucher so it was a fair price.
Staff were friendly and helpful which is really important as sometimes they can be overbearing.
Would go again.
G. R.
Took the kids on an inset day. They had a great time - as did I! Though i need to rber im not quite as fit and agile as i used to be! Nice little cafe serving cakes and drinks too.
T. S.
Arrived today from abergavenny couldn't book on the website as it kept freezing. The manager was very friendly and helpful gave us extra time great then we realise that half the facilities are out of order. 5 disappointed girls had we been told that half the facilities weren't in use i would have saved my £49 for a different time
S. “. M.
Boys had so much fun. Shame that my boy couldn't use the wall trampoline unless he does 5 back bounces. Whats that about??
J. T. M.
Great Fun, but unorganised.
Really like Go Air and it's great fun to do - but... 6 staff members at the tills, none seemed able to take our payment. 2 manning Online Check-In desk ignored customers and swore like dockers and it's freezing cold.
D. T.
Great fun jumping around and the kids love it! Nice having a warm cup of coffee but it is quite cold in the cafe during the winter...
D. S.
This is really good. Me and my friend really enjoyed it. Really cool. Want to come back again
D. S.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here but my god do our legs hurt after.
K. R.
I'm not a happy dad as my daughter ended up
With a fractured collar bone on the 2nd of this month due to a boy jumping straight on top of her under the so called supervision of a staff member..they are payed to supervise. Obviously he wasent doing what he was paid for. Hence the injury to my 9yr old daughter.
L. T.
Great party at buzz Cardiff staff were very helpful even though they were very busy. First party at Buzz and will recommend as children had a great time
L. c.
Great friendly staff. I would advise you to fill out the waiver online before you go as it's quicker. I took 5 kids with me and they all loved it. Good value for money
F. B.
My toddler loved it here! Definitely worth a visit
C. a. S.
Fab place to keep the kids entertained, but not enough seating in the cafe, lockers have few keys and toilets were flooded, which wasn't nice with socks on.
M. M.
Smaller than the other trampoline parks, but children had fun :)
s. t.
My children love being here, great value for money with their membership. Staff are friendly and caring and work well all who go
A. J.
My daughter went here for her birthday and she said it was the best birthday ever. All the kids loved it (even her step dad the big kid lol)
T. C.
The place was clean and the staff were really friendly, typically trampoline parks get really hot but they have giant fans which kept the temperature down.
t. w.
Trampoline and w really big! Lots of different parts, Different sections for older and younger, which is great - downsides are : The staff member that served me needs a update on his customer service And not much space to sit.
Q. U.
A* great staff and quiet on a school evening.
Best value for price trampoline park in Cardiff and i have been to them all.
C. G.
Really great place. Cafe, seating area really clean. Staff are helpful & approachable. My son & his friend absolutely loved it.
O. S.
BRILLIANT for hiper kids who love to burn off some energy, although some kids come out of that place in ambulances, and make sure to bring plenty of water, because the slushes and drinks there are so much, and you need lots of it.
S. C.
Had an amazing time with the kids, first time in a long time we all laughed and really let go of everything.
P. B.
Nice place for the little ones. My 3 years old daughter enjoys a lot! maybe 5 pounds is a little bit expensive for just jumping.
A. G.
Friendly team and large space.
I think the process at the tills need to be quicker at certain times instead of people waiting 15-20 minutes before there served at busy times maybe longer but apart from that csnt criticize the place at all
O. J.
Great fun! Went here with my brother and we both had loads of fun doing flips into the foam pit! Highly recommended for kids and adults!
M. S.
Great to take the kids, snacks reasonably priced too. Each session starts on the hour, so attend just before, not just after the hour to avoid a long wait.
T. W.
Great for the whole family to burn off some energy. Is well kept with staff on hand, also they are currently doing a offer of two hours for the price of one.👍
J. J.
Always have a great time here, a good chance for fun exercise too! Slightly pricey thought there are discounts available for booking online, or booking more than one session etc.
K. J.
Fun, energetic and the trainer / teacher for the class makes it fun and guides you at a good steady pace depending on your experience. Friendly and fresh.
L. S.
Wicked fun, awesome music and friendly staff. I have returned multiple times and bought both friends and siblings who were equally impressed.
M. H.
Great place for kids with plenty of activities
T. L.
Was really fun, lots to do, and staff all around to help
P. F.
Great for a 3 year old boy with too much energy. Staff member lent me a pound for a locker personally - great service!
P. L.
Good fun, but the music it too loud. Measured 76db, legal limit it 85db. I think they should hand out ear plugs with the soaks.
P. L.
Took my one year old and they have a number of trampolines cordoned off for under 6 year olds. I found it very cold in there so take layers of clothing for you and your little one
L. 3.
My kids loved it and it wasn't as expensive as I expected so I'm happy. Staff were friendly and helpful
w. e.
Lots to do and plenty of help if needed. Staff were amazing with our deaf son too. Really helped even though they were busy
i. e.
Facility is great, but checking in really painful, and no autism provision. Staff helpful in attitude but practicalities in a half hour check in time made it a poor experience.
j. h.
Great for kids, could do with a bit organisation when large volume of children waiting to go on. Seating area could also do with more space.
E. R.
Really enjoyed toddler morning here with my son but this paying for socks was just unnecessary and made it financially less attractive for future visits (As we left our socks behind in error)
k. e.
Great fun place to help your little ones get out the built up energy they have.
D. C.
Great fun, but a tad pricey given that it is often very crowded and therefore difficult to get use of some of the equipment. Choose your time wisely.
m. v. s.
Good place for kids they really enjoyed it
D. M.
Good venue. Possibly not as good as competitors in my opinion but well worth a visit. Less for kids to do than at others when we visited.
L. G.
Really good fun place hate buying the socks I think you should be able to take your own but kids love it here
S. M.
I think this is the best of the trampoling places in Cardiff. Nice facilities, heaters, lockers etc... The kids love it!
T. W.
Best experience!!! Great fun especially with friends!!! Good 3 hour sessions at club glo air and most of all gives u good abs xD 10/10
G. F.
Great equipment, seating area is a bit dirty.
L. R.
Great place for kids. They love it.
S. W.
Kids love it! unfortunatelly is too hot in the UK and the aircon is not strong enough to help to cool down!
L. N.
Great for the kids. The WiFi is good enough to watch Netflix! Coffee was OK.
F. D.
My son loved it, easily filled the 2hrs
S. W.
Great place for the kids if the are over six. Under 6 area is way to small for kids to enjoy
S. 9.
Kids loved it!!!
L. N.

J. R.
Was brilliant day out with family (lots) think lisa &nat might be bit sore lol but they loved it
D. S.
Bit pricey, but the children love it so much they want to go again
G. B.
Cramped and noisy. Far better trampoline parks exist but not nearby. Fun nonetheless.
