S. M.Was here over the weekend and the venue itself is vary good. However parking can be a really pain for big events. If you arrive late you will have to park in the car parks right at the back of the venue. You be looking at a good 10 minute walk to the front doors.

J. C.After experiencing Lee Valley athletics events I just can't believe how much better run these events are and we will only attend these in future. Anyone with young children who want a positive event well run so your athletes confidence isn't ruined goto Cardiff Met indoor events instead.

E.Indoor athletics track with a gym for all the athletes. Also capable of being used for other sports like basketball, volleyball and cross fit exercise.

D. J.Was here for an FA First Aid course. I didn't see much of the site but the bits I visited were clean, modern and we'll maintained. The training room and main reception was easy to find. Plenty of nice friendly people around to ask for help.

M. C.Fantastic venue, though parking spaces are insufficient so allow plenty of time to park further away and have a 5-10 minute walk to the venue! Weekend parking costs 50p for the day - pay using the Saba parking app to avoid queuing to pay on site. During winter months it's quite cold inside (as you'd expect from a massive sports aren) so if you're spectating I advise you wear layers. There's a small but good cafe inside.

J. M.This is a marvellous place to train young budding athletes. I take my Grandson every Tuesday for the Athletics club. He has gained a good experience in all aspects of Athletics and all done in a fun way. He loves it. The viewing area is comfortable and they have a lovely coffee shop there too.
J. S.Took my wife to participate in a trial. It's situated in a Uni Campus so beware if using at weekdays or during term times as parking can be tight.
The facilities are brilliant and staff are professional.
T. P.A minor back injury with 10-12 years ago, untreated properly, its turn out to be my major problem today. I'm lucky to find professional massage therapy practitioners who makes the difference in quality of my day to day life. I recommend gladly any service on The Metropolitan University Clinic.
