Had my son's birthday party at Willow's. We was blown away with the value for money and all the little extras that he got along with the party itself. The children loved the food and staff were great from the initial booking right through to the day itself. Highly recommend!

We have used this place twice in the last 3 months for both of our kids birthday parties. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The parties themselves were completely hassle free and nothing was a problem. Parties here are excellently priced, include food and party bags and they even cut the cake up for us. All kids attending had a whale of a time. Highly recommended and we will be back. Thanks again.

We booked a laser party at 2 days notice due to laser quest letting us down - James the manager at Willows was amazing and went out of his way to sort out and fit in our party. So grateful as I was so stressed with only 2 days to sort. On day all 20 kids & adults ages 6-40 had an amazing time. The staff couldn’t be more helpful - I would 100 % recommend to everyone 👍🏽

A great lazer tag adventure awaits. A very large playing with loads of ramps and hiding places. Its an awesome place to hoast kids partys and the food is good to boot. It even has a bar downstairs for the parents while they wait.

Megazone laser tag here is amazing for the kids! Great service, staff very helpful and was no trouble at all for them to help. The sports centre itself if well equipped, has a bar at the back for parents to sit in which does serve alcohol also :) food for the kids party was brilliant and good quality 👌 couldn't be happier! There are parking spaces available, however they do fill up quickly but always seemed to be a space here and there.

Absolutely love this place. Me and my friends came here during the holidays and played 3 games, each 20 minutes, all for £12. Brilliant price for an amazing place. We got 2 games where the whole place was to our self. But to be honest, when we played with strangers, it was more fun. The aspect of trying to kill eachotther really brings two strangers together. 1000% would do again. Also, the cold tap water was brilliant after the 3 games

Great place for large groups, parties or sports teams. I have been several times and very much enjoyed the place. The megazone is so fun due to the large space with all the places the hide defend from. The 3g is also a great room with a balcony and toilets and changing rooms nearby. The whole places is very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Games and tournaments are available on certain days if there aren't many of you to make friends and enjoy the facilities on offer here.

Had a few worries about children numbers but staff was very helpful and flexible and were happy to adjust the numbers on the day! Had group session this evening in the Laser Tag age range from 9 to 27 and every one had a fantastic time! Staff were so helpful friendly and accommodating. The Car park bit cramped but understandable for Saturday night. Would highly recommend!!!!

Had a great time with our two grandsons playing laser tag! We had two twenty minute games it was forty pounds for all of us and we got half price vouchers for when we go again. There is a nice bar with resonably priced drinks and snacks, the staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Willows also offers a variety of sporting activities for all ages, a good family place! 😃

Not been since the late 90's and its still amazing. Family of 8 had 3 games of laser quest 🔫 The staff are amazing helping the kids out. Definitely will return again soon. Willows have big competition and have done well over the years to continue going 👏 👏 10/10

The laser tag here is lots of fun! I've been to the Mega-zone part a few times for birthdays, celebrations or just something to do on a Monday evening. The staff are nice and flexible. They give you your "blaster" and vest then ask you what kind of game you want to play. We've played defend the base and free for all shooting, but teams are the best if you have even numbers. Availability of sessions seems to be good in the evening/night-time (I don't think many people know the place exists) and we've always been able to get 3x 20 minute sessions in for our group of young adults of 4 to 10 people with short notice. They have capacity for 20 people in one session, so random people booked in on the same session can shoot you which is a little odd - you can book the place out for parties though if you want it to yourself. Be warned that the free car park can be busy if they have football/netball competitions on. It's rare to get so much parking in the town centre though, and you can always use Bold Lane car park (the safest car park in England) next door if it's full.

Great venue for children's lasertag party in Derby area. There are several in this area, but in terms of size of the venue and party packaging it's very good value for money. The package includes 2 or 3 games, food and drinks and party bag. I feel pretty safe dropping kids off to go shopping while they are here. First time as the host parent, If you have queries I could ask on Facebook and the answer was pretty quick. I thought it was a little rushed in terms of the room availability, food / cake and the third game, hence one star knocked off. I had informed them that one of the kids had dairy intolerance but the food was not prepped when the rest was eating which I thought was a little disappointing.

Willows is a really good sports centre. There are competitive football leagues in the evening which are great to watch and play in. It's quite a vibrant atmosphere around the football pitches. The staff are friendly and helpful also the bar is a comfortable area to chill with a drink and watch sport on the TV. The laser quest is really fun and a would definitely recommend it either if you go with mates or for a kids party

The Lazertag was so fun and the food was great, no gross kids food that places normally give you. Everyone was helpful but they didn't notice one of the party members was still in the later tag area. They weren't strict about noise {during the game} and only told us to listen whilst they were explaining the rules. I still recommend the birthday parties!!!

Mega zone is a great, quick game to play with my kids. Whenever I'm in Derby with them they always ask to go here. The vests and guns are much better since the update. The arena could do with a makeover as its just the same as its always been for the last twenty years, not that the kids would know.

I used to always come here as a kid. So me and my partner decided to return for our sten do last weekend. I've got to say whilst I enjoyed the games, the hosting of our party package was very disappointing. We were not assigned a host, we were left waiting in the briefing room for 15 mins and had to fetch someone because they 'didnt know we were up there' even though we had been sent up by reception and someone had let us into the room. After our first game we were sent downstairs and were left standing in the reception instead of being shown to our room and provided with the squash included in our package. We then returned upstairs for our second game. After which we were told our food was ready. We again had to ask where to go. There was no squash provided again with this meal. We had to ask for our photo to be taken it then took nearly 20 minutes for them to print it. And we didn't receive the goody bags or wristbands that were meant to be included. For anyone wanting to go here id recommend just booking the games as these are fab.

A bit bored sitting around in the lounge area waiting for kids upstair playing laser. Carling (£3.40) price are ok but not the best quality. Chips are not too bad. Alright for a quick in and out....will i come back? Maybe 60/40.

Play here every week. Usually more than once. Great staff, very organised. Even help fill in when your team is short a player or two through holidays etc. To help get involved if you are new to the area there is a player pool to help you get started and meet new people.

A little gem in the middle of Derby. They offer a wide range of activities including netball, football, cricket, dodgeball etc. As well as this, there is lazer quest which is great fun. Overall the facilities here are excellent.

Moved to Willows' 5aside league after endless problems with DWs Powerleague. Theyre reliable and are helpful finding cover for players when needed. Great price too. Only having the one pitch is their only let down, but they are still excellent.
