Well organised fishing venue ideal for match fishing and leisure fishing 3 good size lakes. Good size carpark, easy access to most fishing pegs.

Went down watching FISHO MANIA, Had a fantastic day out watching all the fishing. Plenty of things going on there stalls, demonstration, 3 different fishing matches taking place also. Looks like a great place to fish 3 well stocked up lakes for you to try, Toilets, shops, bar, hot food.

Beautiful place to stay with caravan and fish but the gates are locked around 7-8 and locked all day on Mondays.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hidden little gem. Was the weekly Open mic night. A great variety if music and people. The beers were decent, had the coffee machine running, as the owners are really considerate. The food was very nice, good ol' badic pasta dish and garlic bread... mmmm... tasty! Great atmosphere, a bit out in the style, but we'll worth a visit.

Went here for a long weekend camping, lakes look busy n the pub was nice clean and tidy, also did i full English breakfast at £6 !Perfect! Thou we wasn't there to fish, we were there at a vw show, Night of the living dubs! Halloween theme camper van show!

If you're reading this then you are looking to fish Hayfield. Just go ahead now and do it. The fishing is world class but it is people that make a place what it is. Everyone I met there was bursting with pride about the complex and you could hear their passion for Hayfield and the future in their voice. What's there? Lakes full of quality fish in beautiful surroundings, a pub where the chef will tell you how he prepares not only a knockout breakfast but also how he prepares his pellets, the maver boutique tackle shop with the amazing Noellie ready to tell you everything you could want to know with a smile. Hayfield is top drawer, top class and also where I'm going back to everyone I get chance! "Wembley of fishing" - can't argue with that.

Hayfield lakes is one of best fishery in the UK with three big lakes. The Owners are brilliant and look after you when get there. The complex is well maintained and clean. All I can say is when fishing make sure your Equipment is Good and don't not fish lite. A brilliant days Fishing.

Arrived at Hayfield lakes Saturday morning to be confronted by traffic queuing to enter the venue,20 min wait. Greeted at a check-point,and then bombarded with prices to fish and combination ticket options, offers on pellets,very confusing at 8.30 am and this defo contributed to queuing traffic.🤔 Advised on pleasure fishing pegs on Adams lake (74 &76) in a corner due to match on venue. Fishing generally very tough for All fisherman on the day. Mark and I caught small carp and skimmers (50 lb combined weight) dead reds and Robin Red 6/8 mm pellets on straight lead and method ( Halibut method mix and Green swim stim groundbaits mixed 👍) Venue looked well manicured. Generally its OK.Fishing was unfortunately disappointing but Ha Ho 🤭

Hi went to watch maver match this 2018 final on Sept 1st, so this is my review on that. On arrival we were shown where to park by two lovely ladies, they were so cheerful.We walked around the lakes and were impressed with how well kept they were. I did manage to speak to The Boss he seemed to be a good guy. I enjoyed the music they were playing in the club house 😁, as an angler myself I was very pleased with the Fishery, hopefully I will get the opportunity to fish here in the future. My wife and I had a very nice day here.

Great Lakes with plenty of match quality specimens. Used regularly for fishing matches and not just at weekends so it pays to check before you set off if private fishing is available. Maverick fishing shop on site for those all important supplies.

Quiet peacfull some beautiful carp in the lakes.there is a bridleway in between 2 off the lakes due to covid there is no acses except for fishing.
