I coach with Dunfermline Athletic and we use their facilities for our academy. Staff are always helpful and the facilities are very good

Dropped in to the sports centre to use the shower facilities after running the Forth Road Bridge 10k.. Friendly staff and showers and changing facilities were immaculate!

Only used the gym so can only give my experience of that. Good facilities that are well maintained by friendly staff. Opening times aren’t ideal though, they close at midday and open again at half 3 during the week which seems odd - maybe they weren’t usually busy at these times. I’m hoping they extend the Sunday opening hours at least, 2:30pm close isn’t great. Other than that, i’d recommend it if you live locally and want a decent enough gym.

Good sports centre. Clean and well looked after. Was here for football (swifts), good facilities, but only thing I can say is, it was disappointing that I couldn't get a cup of tea or coffee or anything to eat. Staff and players were very welcoming.

Its really good as a local sports centre. Small gym, has the basic machines and some free weights. New astroturf too!

Love the gym but am disappointed that i can no longer use the gym at lunchtime. Is there a reason for this and will lunchtime gym use be re-instated at some stage? Because of no lunchtime access i have marked down star rating, nothing personal!

Staff are much more helpful than other Fife Council premises (Duloch). 5 A side pitches and courts for hire are decent. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare. Stays open until 10pm allowing late sessions. Staff are diligent and don't mess up bookings (unlike Duloch)

Well equipped gym for an average person, friendly staff, Johnny (trainer and gym supervisor) is a great helpful outgoing guy. Unfortunately there’s times (almost always) where the weights are disorganised or left on the barbells, while at the same time staff can be seen not looking particularly busy - I’ve also heard from a friend and employee that there is often lazing around (not always luckily!). A decent number of gym goers are disrespectful and lazy, leaving weights lying around, who I - a paying customer - then have to tell to put them away.

Great staff, good facilities and excellent instructors...especially Susan Spowart. An outstanding pilates instructor. Everything is explained in detail. The classes are always different so you never get stale doing the same things over again. My wife and I have been going for about 6 months. Its made an enormous difference to us physically.

Used it for the gym. Large room with plenty equipment. Not staffed all the time tho and when needed advise on how to use a certain item. Nobody was around to ask.

The display is good the equipment is up to date a few things aren't in there but it's all good. If only it was a 24hrs gym or shuts at 11pm and opens at 6am.
