P. R.It’s alright, positives it’s cheap and a friendly atmosphere with all types welcome. Negatives the machines are cast offs and are frequently out of order. The music is smooth radio and the tv is cash in the attic so bring your own tunes. The biggest problem is the opening hours and means it’s either dead or packed. Big improvements needed.
C. B.Super friendly staff, well spaced gym which is kept spotlessly clean. Great value for money.
A. W.Good community gym. Opening times are a bit strange so double check. Not open between 12 and 3. Equipment is good but in short supply. No bench press but a rack and benches you can use. Most equipment available but can get busy and so long waits for things. Good price. Good availablity. Very friendly staff and helpful with everything. I think there's a sauna as well.

A. G.We visited here for a birthday party. There was a bouncy castle and soft play there to entertain the children. It was a very spacious area and a great place to host a children's party. Next time I visit though I hope the room is warmer!
