Reviews of One Spa
T. H.We weren't staying at the hotel and stopped in on holiday. The thermal pools are great, especially the outdoor ones! There are plenty of experience rooms which made our 3 hour window both interesting, exciting but also relaxing. The changing rooms and showers are all nicely designed with great little extras like free shampoo/conditioner etc. so you really don't have to worry about anything. The only thing I think they can improve would definitely their booking system. Only being able to phone in made it really challenging and stressful to book our time slots. It's a shame that they were fully booked for treatments, but that is on us for booking so last minute. Would recommend a visit but giving fair warning that you will likely need to book in advance and be patient across the booking process! Once you're there, it's lush!
E. S.Lovely place and good value if you're looking for a leisure spa morning/afternoon. As we weren't staying at the hotel we paid £50.00 for use of whirlpool, gym, swimming pool and a variety of heat rooms (sauna, steam rooms etc) for 3 hours. Towels, slippers included. Was clean also which a lot is spa's are letting themselves down. Looking to visit again April/May.

P. D.Outdoor thermal pool is great, recommended especially in the evening. Saunas were a bit on the colder side, even the 80-90°C one was only at 70°C when I visited.
L. M.Certainly one of the best spa I’ve been to. I’ve been a member for months now and I absolutely love it. The recent refurbishment gave this little extra touch. The new steam room is fantastic and still obsessed with the rooftop/outdoor hydro pool. The only negative note is the showers - refurbishment needed - but I’m sure that it is already something that’s planned. Lovely staff and always very helpful. Highly recommended.
