Small but perfectly formed facilities. Good changing rooms, and small equipment room. Part of Glasgow University and the staff are friendly and helpful if you ask. Otherwise they very much let you get on with it. There's a Garscube gym only membership which is open to the public and it's quite good value. Classes are good and has a wide range of people from gym bunnies to get fitters.

From the moment I saw the centre I fell for the place, the staff and teachers I've had so far. You can't help it your sucked right in oh and the cleanliness just has to be seen. XXX

I was here as ref for Glasgow University WRFC match vs Annan. The fairly new facilities are good with plenty of large lockers (£1 coin needed) for you stuff. The grass pitch was rather heavy but held up well. Showers were OK but went cold by the end of my shower so only 4 stars.

Three g pitches are great. New goals are good. I play 7 and also impressed with the facilities.

This sports complex sits in the grounds of the former Garscube estate, situated on the banks of a sweeping bend in the river Kelvin. The only downside are the grumpy university ground staff "lifers" who begrudge anybody using "their" grounds. In addition many of the woodland paths are in an atrocious condition, being very muddy throughout a good part of the year - I feel sorry for those who study/work here and have to negotiate them on a daily basis.
