R. W.What a wonderful community coffee shop very clean. Continual stream of customers. Gluten free cake beautiful. Girl on serving duty such a pleasant happy person. Made me feel very welcome.
A. B.First visit here for a latte and tomato sauce flavour Golden Wonder crisps. The wasps were too plentiful to sit outside in the sun so we took a table; the other table was occupied by four sawdusty longtooths from the "Shed" workshop next door who greeted us warmly on entry. The wife and daughter had the home baking but the server was none too sure of ingredients-my daughter has a peanut allergy. The actual leisure centre had no one, and I mean no one, at all anywhere in the building.
D. W.Reviews like this can be context specific. The Lauder Community and Leisure Centre is an important and valuable local hub. It fulfils many functions very well, and I am sure many people'd lives are brightened by it.
I went to the gym, which is rudimentary. It needs an injection of cash to improve it, but if you don't mind basic functionality at a low cost, then it does just fine.
Lauder would be poorer without this place, and I'm glad it is there.
T. A.The service was very good, only had a toastie, but it was very tasty, and the staff were very obliging, nothing was a bother to them, and they engaged in friendly conversation, very pleasant atmosphere recommend 100%.
