Reviews of Maryhill FC

A great little ground with excellent amenities like pie shop and on site bar.
Very friendly and helpful staff who do Maryhill FC proud.
The breakfast pie was quite simply sensational and at under £3 it's easily the best pie in West of Scotland football league

Went to Maryhill FCs ground (Lochburn Park) for the 1st time on Saturday.....Really impressed with the place. All of the Maryhills Staff and Reps were very friendly. Ground had pretty decent facilities with a decent food shop and an excellent wee social club. Good views of the park from most places around the pitch and plenty of cover in bad weather. Pitch was is good coditions as well. Would definitely go back the Next time 'The Frew' are playing there.

Here for Drumchapel Vs Edinburgh City in the Scottish Cup. Drumchapel won in possibly the greatest upset in Scottish Cup history.

Fab venue, fab people, great prices for entry. You get to watch a game of footy, buy a programme, take part in a half time raffle, buy merchandise in the club shop, get hot food and drink from the snack bar and if you're childless for the day, have a drink the small club bar. A great friendly atmosphere and welcome

Place had always been great for football and a pie and pint
It's been getting great work done over the past year or so and it's definitely looking awesome if you nothing to do at weekends and no spl game to go to you should swing by and support your local. Get a wee pint while doing so

Visited a few times to take photos of games against my team St Anthony's FC.
No doubt the setup feels a little strange as the pitch is a lower than the the stands, however, this offers a great view as a spectator.
The dressing room end is covered which is great to hide from the elements that Glasgow generally always brings.
The hospitality in the club has been fantastic every visit, personally Maryhill FC have one of the best match day programmes in the Junior game.
The side also try to play football, always guarantee a tough, mostly entertaining game.
Well worth a visit.

At £6, a must for fitba afficionados. Blood and thunder on a terrible pitch, and you can get a pint at half time and beyond. Literally touching distance from players. Old school clubhouse with friendly staff and free tea for teatotals. Breath of fresh air from so-called professional football.

Typical Scottish junior football ground. People were friendly enough and the place was well enough equipped. Good day out apart from losing 5 0. Hahahaha

It was very cold. But the new manager assured us that it was in the process of being rectified

Junior league club, £6 entry. Always enjoyable and well worth the price of admission, especially with the prices the SPFL teams charge now!
