M. W.Excellent gym facilities, 16+ Olympic lifting platforms (the most in a gym in Scotland) which can take more than one user if busy. The equipment is mostly brand new and shiny. Longer hours would've been great but it's usually not too busy outside peak hours. Just remember to bring a padlock if using the changing lockers!

E.so this gym is mostly pretty nice. lots of squat racks and a good amount of space for lifting and it’s quite clean. however, there is a lack of decent machinery at this facility. there’s a few weightlifting machines here and there, but overall not enough to accommodate certain individuals who are keen on bodybuilding. lord knows they’ve got enough cardio stuff. a hack squat and hip thrust machine would be great and popular in my opinion. also more landmine attachments on the squat racks. also it seems like at least one of their stair masters is always out of service. they recently took away the sled for some reason as well, and idk when they are bringing it back. plus some of the guys there are creepy. hence 3 stars instead of 5. all the staff are lovely though, and very attentive to my needs.
