Wow! What a place, I'm so glad it's been restored and is being used by so many people. It took me back to a swimming pool I used to go to when I was a kid in a Derbyshire mill town years ago. The fact that the pool is fantastic with great changing facilities with the original viewing gallery makes it a lovely environment to swim socially BUT maybe not so great if you just want to lane swim.

I stayed up the road from here and went for evening swims. I am not going to say tired looking but if you were as old as this place you would look the same. Awesome place to use and enjoy get there before some developer buys it and turns it in some art deco apartments. Use it or lose it..

Beverley rd baths is a victorian baths with a lot of its original charm! The sauna baths they used to have was a great experience but unfortunately the city council in the late 80s completely ruined it as hull city council often does and replaced the stone with plastic!They also removed the cubicles which had beds in which was another mistake! But it’s swimming baths are good couldn’t really mess with that a lot as it’s a listed building now!Well worth a visit i’d say!

Nice renovation. In the evening can be very busy with kids (which is if course good the are getting out and exercising!), could do with a single lane adding for people just wanting to swim up and down.

Good place to swim and exercise as it has separate Male and Female changing rooms along with poolside changing cubicles and lockers. Baths reopened on Monday 16th August 2021 after a £3 million refurbishment and now has 2 small gyms, along with a unisex steam room and electric sauna.

Pool is of the classic Victorian style but still in good order. Opens at 6.30 so handy before work. Showers are not great but are due for renovation soon. Gym is very poor so I would recommend looking elsewhere for that (Woodford is not far and much better)

A really charming place. The swimming pool itself doesn't really have anything resembling a deep end but then it is a genuine Victorian era pool. The room the pool is in is worth a visit in and of itself! Loses a star because the other facilities could do with a refurbish. Gym is a little out of date.

This is a tricky one as I am so used to the place. The original building is a beautiful Victorian tiled bath house and could be incredible. Unfortunately it is in major need of renovation and as such it is a bit run down from it's late 80's/90's last fit out. The pool is small and there is a separate kids pool. The gym is small and machines work okay. Staff are always nice.

While this is a period swimming baths, it desperately needs the shower areas renovated. Pools are a great size and the small pool is really warm. Just the showers are the worst pubic showers I have ever in my life had to use. Completely black mould top to bottom, it's like showering in a cave. The sauna could be great once more, but has seen better days. Come on council, sort this beautiful place out. I probably won't visit this place again until it sorts the pool shower area out.

Lovely old building- not been for years - large pool extremely shallow at low end - steam room really good - apart from loud female foreigners who have to shout at each other!! Most people just want a bit of peace & quiet to relax!! Put me off going 😠

This swimming pool is adequate. It is rarely busy and can provide a nice quiet swim. There is a steam room which is a good temperature and the showers were equally an expected temperature. Do not expect frills here, if you need a polished and attractive experience then swim somewhere else perhaps DW. The building is in need of serious renovation. The sauna is no longer functioning, the solarium is non-existent and the steam room is dilapidated. Hull Council like most councils is cutting funding to the local amenities and Beverley Road Baths is included in those cuts. This could be a visually stunning monument to the turn of the century architecture, if only the council could spend some money on it. The baths have survived the last 100 years, I hope they can survive the next.

Only had a Steam room It is of a nice size. Pool was what I expected for this type of facility It was a bit Crowded but I enjoyed my swim Staff Were Very friendly but of the other facilities in the area this one would not be my first choice.

I've been using these baths for over 49 years on and off. I used to take my daughter here when she was a toddler. She asked if we could go during half-term so we did and we had an absolutely fantastic time! 😀

This a beautiful place. It may not be the most modern or spacious building but it's full of history and gorgeous original fixtures and fittings. The staff are friendly and helpful as a non driver I'm extremely happy to have a local pool.
