Great gym - nice and spacious and lots of equipment. Paper towels and spray is provided to wipe down machines, but not all members are adhering to it. Have to report to Reception then gym in a different building. Need a member of staff in gym full-time.

Been using the swimming facilities for the last 30 years. The place is clean and tidy. Changing areas have recently been partially refurbished. The staff are friendly and I would recommend using the facilities.

After such a long time it felt so so good to have a good swim n chill out in d pool with d kids.the only downfall is booking b4 u can visit but then again everyone is just making its a safer place so we don't end up shutting down again

I went for the first time (since I was a teenager) for a public swimming session sat morning and I wasn't impressed by the facilities at all. It was average at best. Serious funding need to be made to improve facilities. The locker required £0.50 to use but we're very limited. The toilets were adequate at best. Staff members didn't seem too interested in dealing with members of the public. Changing cubicle were limited to the amount of people entering the swimming pool. No staff members present in the changing room to assist in anything. Need refurbishing.

Receptionist usefulness and politeness is luck of the draw. Pool staff very conscientious in terms of safety, but kids left to behave very inconsiderately in pool with no repercussions. No nudity permitted in changing rooms in the interests of child safety, but Islamic swimwear is common. Pool is nice and changing rooms are clean.

Great helpful staff in a busy environment. The shower rooms can get really busy especially after kids session. The shower rooms need to be increased, redesigned and the floors moped more often due to slippery floors.

The staff are really friendly here and the swimming teacher Raj is amazing. The only let down for this place is the changing rooms and the parents who think its ok to leave all their kids belongings in the changing rooms so you cant get dressed.

The ladies changing rooms are quite filthy, would recommend wearing slippers to avoid any infections. Pools are okay, sometimes they can get packed, and the shallow end gets dirty. Not as nice as Evington or Aylestone Sports Centre!

Recent refurbishment has meant this very well used and popular sports centre looks a little smarter now. There's a small teaching pool with steps and a larger pool which starts at 0.9m and ends at 2m. There's also a gym, sports and various fitness classes, which I've not used yet. The staff and swim teachers are all friendly and helpful

Mixed bag of service here, sometimes they are good and on point but a fair few times queues are long swimming pool can be packed, mo parking, changing rooms missing curtains or no change for lockers, but I've been using this place for a long time and most occasions everything's fine maybe it's just the holiday seasons.
