Really good venue, lots of pool tables, great food, all staff are friendly, been here lots of times and have never had a bad experience. I have tried most of the menu including burgers and most of the Indian dishes, it's all good. Lots of large TV's for sport, tables are well maintained.

A pleasant atmosphere, the prices are easily acceptable, the absurd thing is that as a newcomer to this club you have to register as a member and pay a fee of 15 pounds, this is totally absurd and irrelevant!

Nice environment, kickass friendly staff. Tolerant of degenerate poker players once a week on Tuesday nights. Lovely people.

Best snooker and pool club in not just Leicester but in the uk. Best tables here and the owner is a friendly helpful polite genuine bloke. The staff are friendly and polite. Some days be prepared to wait for service as they are often busy due to their own success. I’ll say it again. THE best tables. Lots of wide open space. Lots of tables. Lots of choice behind the bar.

Had a great game of pool, however, the food was fantastic best curry i have had, it was fresh and full of flavour, I will definitely be back for a game and to feed my family there. Better than any Indian restaurant I've been to.

They clean up well after use, has a good amount of tables mainly British pool and snooker, outdoor smoking area and drinks and snacks available. You can bring a guest if you're a member for £2 however you have to pay for cues and chalk only negative.

Have been going to this Pool and Snooker hall for many years now. Staff always friendly. And reasonably priced.. Have plenty of English pool tables, Along with American tables too. Snooker tables are down stairs in the establishment. The tables are very well looked after. Also a couple of dart boards are there and a football table too. Food is nice they serve burgers chips and nibbles also along with Indian cuisine. So a night out with friends and having fun this is a great place to go.

My home club. Been playing here for over 20 years. Great staff. Constantly upgrading tables and cloths. Great selection of food and drink.

Been going to 147 for years and it's the best pool/snooker joints around. Have brought friend's, family and work mates and everyone has had an amazing time, as there of course are the pool and snooker tables, table football and darts with a whole lot more. The owner and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Also the food, especially the Sizzler and curries are one of the best around Leicester.

Play here on a regular basis, some of the tables could do with new clothes although on the whole it is a good snooker venue with plenty of pool tables and live football broadcasts too. All of the staff are friendly barring the old man (the Liverpool fan) who is always grumpy and rather rude.
