I had a problem, and Jag /manager/ helped me not the first time, he is one of the best manager, game company have to be happy with him. I can recommend if you have any problem he do the best. They are helpful and nice all the time.

I am not a big fantastic much less of this kind of games; but for some rare occasions I entered this shop and, I could see that the store holds many news on the trendy games of the moment. As for as prices are concerned, they are not very cheap, but it is enough to know how to wait because very often, after a while, almost all the games can have discount on the price. To conclude, I can say that the staff is well informed about the games on sale and that they are friendly and well disposed with costumers.

Gonna miss this store as it was part of my childhood. The staff were always friendly and knew what they were doing. I purchased the original Playstation 2 with Grand Theft Auto 3 and Tekken Tag just after my GCSE grades, 15 years later I purchased a PS4 Pro Destiny 2 Bundle with COD WW2 and Tekken 7 from this store 💔💔💔

I think I'll come here to try my luck again when it comes to new copy game purchases or likewise. Went in to get Red Dead Redemption 2, fully expecting the Standard or "Special" Edition for 50 pounds. Worker gave me a "pre-owned" unopened copy of the Ultimate Edition with working DLC for 50 pounds instead! very happy.

Bought an Xbox One Elite Controller, and it happened to be faulty. Returned it the next day, and they instantly exchanged for another one. He got it out the box and checked it all over, then let me check too. Great service, and would definetely recommend. Highcross Game are useless. Don't bother.

Been shopping there for ages now. Helpful staff, okay layout bit small tho. Can get busy at times and you can get stuck in fairly large queue. Also, please make sure you call your customers promptly as I've waited now on two occasions for call when trading in games console which never happened but when popped back to store everything was ready.

Generally more busy then it's high street counterpart, however the service you receive tends to be better. As other Game store employees seem too eager for your custom & often pounce upon you like a lion snaring a gazelle, the moment you cross the threshold. The staff at this particular store seem knowledgeable about the games they sell & often converse with their customers in a warm & friendly manner about our mutually shared interest of gaming.
